Booked a room on Aug 20 for Aug 23. Stated I had till the 22nd to cancel, which I did. They did not honor this and charged my card with no reimbursement. I called several times and was told I had to call the hotel myself. I did this and was told Booking.com could only cancel. Continue calls that day only to get an AI answer. The cancellation was made early August 22 with a verbal and written notice. I have filed a complaint with Booking.com, with no response.
