I have been trying for 6 weeks for Booking.com to take down a previous host listing at my property. The host Harrison Clayton of Assured Stays is no longer at my property 20 London Road Buxton SK17 9NX .

I have sent all documents and evidence for this, had a zoom call to prove the property was the same.

In all this time innocent people have been turning up expecting to have somewhere to stay.

Harrison Clayton Listing under Lincoln House at Assured stays is fraudulently listing under Booking,com stating he can host guests at this address - This is not true as he has no access to the property.

Despite attempts from myself and the property owner Tom Goldburn to Let Booking.com know this - Booking.com has actively kept the listing live and let guests continue to book.

The reviews also state this is a scam as they where left stranded.

I require immediate suspension of this listing whilst the fraud team can investigate.

This is a frauduate listing by Harrison Clayton by Assured Stays

Claimed loss: 5 weeks of service unable to list

Desired outcome: Suspension of account and the listing to be deactivate
