Overnight stay on Thursday June 18th. We were supposed to receive a disabled room but it was full of smoke and I couldn't stay there. We were given a different room that was "disabled" but it had a tub and I couldn't get into it because I had two knee replacements, so my husband had to help me. The toilet was screaming each time we used it; there were wires hanging out of the air conditioner, it was too close to the highway and there was highway noise all night long.

Desired outcome: Please refund; I would appreciate a response. The manager was Amber Wexler
