We booked with Booking.com, against my better judgement. We had a big storm coming for all the Southern states, them included. We asked booking.com to change the date, they sent in the information to the owners of the property, I called back in 2 days after speaking with booking.com, they told me we got the modification. They lied we lost our money. We would have still went but stayed shorter time if they would have been truthful. This makes the 2nd time I lost money behind booking.com never again.
Claimed loss: We lost over $900.00
Desired outcome: For a voucher towards another stay somewhere else to offset our lost.
