The flight was cancelled by the airline due to the circumstances in Kuwait. Because the cancellation was not initiated by me, I am legally entitled to receive a full refund.
Despite contacting your customer support more than 10 times over the past weeks, I have not received my refund nor any clear resolution. Each time I am simply asked to wait, without any concrete action taken to resolve the issue.
This delay is unreasonable and unacceptable. It has now been a significant amount of time since the cancellation, and the refund should have already been processed.
If the full refund is not issued immediately, I will escalate this matter by submitting formal complaints to international consumer protection authorities and dispute resolution platforms in the European Union.
Please treat this message as an official notice and process my full refund without any further delay.
