2/6/26 found internal Egypt flights on Skyscanner and booked through the Booking.com link. 3/6/26 money taken (cleared) from my credit card. To date, and despite trying to contact Booking.com through their messaging and AI phone service, I still havent received a confirmation number. (Yes, I have checked my junk email). Cannot get to speak to a person. Messaging and AI phone just want a confirmation number or for me to click on the booking in my account. I havent received a confirmation number and the booking isnt showing on my account. Fed up with the constant respnse being: send us your confirmation number. I'm sure speaking with a person would resolve this issue one way or another, but this option isnt available. Farcical.
Desired outcome: I just want a confirmation number and for the flights to show in my account!
