I rented a car from Rentalcars.com (booking.com) and paid for that. The reservation was for 11 pm on September 30, 2025 in the Barcelona Airport. My plane was late and the office was closed after we arrived. We waited all night to rent the car as early as possible. They opened at 8 am. The person in charge told us that our reservation had been canceled because they cancel afte 1.5 h (in an airport?!), and he wanted to charge us another 180 E for the car (twice what we have paid). We did not accept and went to another rental company for the car. They are reimbursing us only 60 E or Dollars, it seems to me very unfair. Please solve it. The number of the reserve is [protected].
