In the past I used this site a lot but now this site is untrustworthy at all, first I put my reservation dates right but without noticing it was changed I did not notice this till was tool late ad it was paid in advance, second I react when I saw this and try to changed it back in the policy says that you have right to change it once at no cost, when I send a request I got the answer via booking.com that this was denied by the property (hotel) may be because the rooms where full by this date. then I tried via the website and send an message the auto replay says that they will take contact with me in less than 24 hours which does not happen, I know this hotel (ibis) hotel and called them and spoke with them asking them why, because I see the they has empty rooms for this date, they replay to me saying that they do not have any problem to change the dates, they will do so personalty and let me know later I got a email via booking saying that they could not change the dates because booking.com does not allow them and take contact with booking.com which I did via email this time, after asking a lot of thing booking replay to me that the request was send but the hotel did not respond and make contact with them, and then they stop answering my emails. so I was forced to make another reservation again, but this time I did via hotel website it self and the curios thing was my fist reservation was without cancellation option, without breakfast, and this new reservation well en even sou it was only 2 euros more expensive than the one in bookng.com that wanted to charge me 25 euros extra so apart they are a irresponsible untrustworthy they are a scam, the reservation number is [protected] and pin 8381 the wrong dates where form 19th sep to 20th sep 2025 I write this in case booking.com read this know who I am nothing to hide,
