Booking.com 's customer service line routs to an Ai agent that stonewalls customers from reaching a live agent. I needed help finishing a booking after the host accepted our booking request but the Ai agent could do nothing without a reservation number which I did not have yet. Booking.com is a joke. Complete inability to resolve simple questions. They lost a $3500 sale to Airbnb. Avoid Booking.com at all costs. Use Expedia or Airbnb.
