Date: 3/26/25 - emailed all day. I have been a seller on Bonanza for years. Hardly any sales at all. Bonanza does not honor USPS Ground Advantage pickup service. I told them that I did not expect Bonanza to pick up my shipment bc USPS picks up my shipment at my home (the best feature of USPS Ground Advantage). Previously, they encouraged me to participate in their own shipping platform and requested I have $30 in my shipping fund reserve on their website (for their convenience). I am supposed to be able to withdraw these funds at any time, knowing that I wouldn't get their discounts if I used Ship Station or other shipping service instead. Keith, their ”Happiness Producer” refused to return my shipping fund of $33.91. I owed them a seller's fee of $7.95 for my recent sale. Instead of waiting for regular billing on 2nd of month, they charged my account right away. I am shocked that they are so petty and malicious. Do not prepay any shipping fees to get a discount bc you will not get them back, even though they have a "withdraw funds" link. An error message shows up. Greatly disappointed that I did business with them for years and they have treated me so disrespectfully. Scam artists!
