I just received the package today and when I opened the package, it was not in the original box but in an opened package AND 2 OF THE RAZORS WERE USED!
This is unethical, dishonest and unsanitary!
When I contact Bonanza, the customer support did not apologize or understand and told me to solve myself with the seller. No consumer protection or support.

Any shipping issues from when I was quite ill were resolved satisfactorily. I now have staff working for my store, have a very successful eBay business, and went back to Bonanza. After entering credit card info and paying $$$ was immediately suspended with no explanation and given no opportunity to respond or appeal. This is nonsense. My newest hire has just been tasked with pursuing the matter with the Better Business Bureau and legal counsel. What a shame that Bonanza has come to this. As a totally legitimate seller with a glowing reputation, I didn't try to mask my identity. Bonanza staff long ago were aware that I was closing shop due to serious medical issues and had indicated they looked forward to having me back. Not so, apparently. I am a seller there. Someone bought from me and left a bad feedback complaining " no email response " WITHIN 15-20 mins !
Once I got back computer and found this out, I asked them to remove it.

I've always been able to get negative feedback removed if it's inaccurate. There was once a week where I purged around five negative feedbacks. I would say give it another shot with a fresh e-mail to support. A different representative will probably help you out. Make sure to make your request polite and explain that the buyer's feedback is misleading and unreasonable.

I make about 6, 000 sales on ebay and about 3, 000 on amazon every month. I listed 8, 000 items on bonanza, spent about $2, 000 paying for some extra help and have a nice store on Bonanza. First, I had to paid for a pro membership because they were hiding my items from their searching engine. Later, that " Bonanza Mark" emailed me saying I had too many items on my booth and I was required to upgrade to their $300.00 monthly membership, otherwise, I would be suspended immediately. I told him I didn't think $300.00 was worth on bonanza since I was not making that many sales. I refused to pay $300.00 a month plus seller fees so Mark suspended one booth. At that time, we had two booths on Bonanza. A customer filled a case through the resolution center, I never got any notification about that specific case. One day, one of my employees tried to add more items when he find out our booth was on Hold. I emailed the customer ( I had to use his paypal email address ) and apologized for any inconvenience cause and we would send him the item for free and he would be getting a full refund. I even sent the customer a thank you note with a $25.00 start bucks card. For my surprise, that customer told me he never filed any case against me so who filled it then? Answer : Bonanza Bonanza resolution center is a joke, I refunded the customer, and I had to email Bonanza support asking why the case was still open ? They accused me of lying and saying I didn't have any intentions of refunding the customer. three days later, I send them a screen shot with the refund information. hahaha Bonanza Judy didn't beleive me again and wanted to have access to my paypal account. Omg I guess she was really high that day, there is not way, I will provide my paypal email address and password to a random person ( my PP had about $14, 000 at that time) They didn't want to close the case for two weeks and my account was suspended. After my account was suspended they charged me $98.00 on each card ( each booth had to different credit cards) I sent a email to support@bonanza.com and it went unanswered. I see mark is always saying email us attttt blah blah @bs.asss but they don't care. I had to file a complaint with my credit card issuer and a few weeks later, I got my money back .
Bonanza runs illegal business practices. People talk crap about ebay but they provide sales every day.
Another good site is Ioffer, they have a decent traffic every month as well and their fees are low. Customer service is not bad at all.

I undestarnd guys i got the same situation i got ban, i paid the fees, store with serious comment clients all good. The thing is the staff need fired or rotate get new ppl, who really care of costumers. Sorry if i sound rude if the staff dont do the job then fired. We need serious ppl stay on and help if continue in that way the company will be down, we dont want this but is show the way. So consider the ppl who have serious reputation let on.

Just happened yesterday to me, great Customer Satisfaction rating and about 30 sales. Out of nowhere 44 emails canceling negotianable offers from users on products that I sold even though I never received any notification (obviously offers didn't exist). All my seller fees were paid minus the renewal of there bloated Pro Seller Membership but that just knocks you down to a Basic Seller if you choose not to continue. Then I suddenly couldn't Login, I OPENED SUPPORT TICKET AFTER SUPPORT TICKET ASKING WHY I COULD NOT LOGIN AND I HAD 2 ORDERS THAT MY CUSTOMERS PAID FOR AND I NEEDED TO PRINT SHIPPING LABELS FOR... GUESS WHAT? No response ! Not one ! Not even the common decency to say I'm suspended, banned, nothing ! Honestly I had great ratings I'm completely speechless ! I've paid them more in there "Superior" selling fees and again Bloated Pro membership (was giving it a chance) then what I actually profited ! Off to the BBB, thankfully I have expierence in filling properly without the ability from Bonanza to dispute because of screenshots, etc to dispute !

Garbage waste of a website. They kicked me out without an explanation. I tried to make a nice little booth and that fruit mark kicked me out without an explanation. Received a dead stick for $40 (supposedly a live tree). the seller clearly knew it was dead when they sent it — and who in the world chops off the leader stem of of something that is supposed to be a "tree".
Bonanza's separate email is stupid — you have to log on to bonanza just to see emails from the seller? their customer feedback system is coded to prohibit anything negative being submitted regarding bonanza or their sellers. I will never buy anything from this company ever again.
BONANZA is a sad sack place, I opened an account over 12 months back and couldn't get the import from Ebay to import, no matter how many different variations of the tick a box garbage worked, I have tried this on several occasions over the past year and still no go.
Everything is connected and synced to EBay but it just will not import the listings at all.

Seller support is basically non existing.Your emails to support go for days with no answer but they always find ways to make your booth unsuccessful and if you go to their forum or group help pages they will delete ANYTHING that is not favorable to Bonanza within minutes to hours but you are still waiting for tech support for DAYS.
They take well over 24 hours to propagate your products CSV file, sometimes days.So now you have outdated products that are out of stock while the new products wait to be qued or reviewed by their elves.
Now a customer comes in a buys an item that's not available causing you to have to refund the buyer.Then Bonanza gets pissed because they didn't make money off of you and threaten to close your booth if you continue to have stocking problems causing excessive refunds.
At least I DO refund clients when problems arise not like the many scammers on Bonanza that do NOT.
Fix the product upload problems and other problems your sellers are having and respond to them in a timely manner...I emailed them 3 days ago about this problem with no response but they took down my post in their forum within hours...you go figure what and who they care about the most...They ABSOLUTELY S--k and there is no money to be made here...
I tried sighing up for Bonanza but it wouldn't accept my email address and I tried several. I finally formatted one with a bonanza .Com hoping it would set up a new email account? That went through they took my card details and then it wouldn't let me go any further? Very confusing so I tried to back out..I believe bonanza has my credit card information and they better not bill me for anything or I will sue them..
Unbelievable. They wouldn't allow me to pay the $1.25 I owed, then they shut down my account for non payment. I emailed them asking for help and they told me to login and pay my balance. I cannot log in if my account is suspended. Is this site run by a 4 year old or what ?
Wow! I have never heard anyone stand up for ebay before. The only thing i can say is, I hear a lot of "selling you garbage", "selling your junk" etc. Maybe you might want to try selling something worthwhile. I ordered from www.clickdvdmedia.com on 11/27/09.. after not receiving my order within the promised timeframe I replied to initial confirmation email. I sent a reply once a day for 3 days straight. I did finally receive a return email on 12/17/09 that stated only that my order had been procesed and shipped. And I was given a tracking number through USPS. The tracking number, unfortunately, was not valid. I do not expect to get my DVD series and plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The phone number that shows up on my credit card bill is [protected] ... I call this number and get a recording that states "This account is already in use, if you think this recording is in error, please contact your system administrator.".. So yeah, a bogus phone number.. So I get online today to do some further research onthe company only to find that they've now changed their name to www.tvdvdbonanza.com... same exact site under a different name! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I'm not the first one to make complaints on them.. They are all over the internet, unfortunately I didn't research the company before make an almost $100 purchase from them.

Ordered series set on DVD to be delivered to my father. Set was sent from China addressed to his street and my city. DVD's were low quality, obviously recorded off of the television (some of the shows even had the Sci-Fi Channel logo on them!). DVD's came in paper sleeves stuck in an old Beta VHS case with poorly scanned case cover. Made 3 attempts to contact them and received no reply.

I had the SAME problem! Unfortunately, I didn't look at the company before I ordered my DVD set. It was to be a Christmas give for my daughter (ordered on December 18) but I didn't recieve it until the end of January! And when I recieved it, it wasn't an "official" dvd set. It came directly from China in a crappy box, without any labels etc. The quality of the product is very poor as well. If I wanted this type of produce, I would have asked my husband to get it for me - he travels to China a few times a year. I can't believe this "company" is allowed to exist. Guess I will stick to Ebay from now on!

It is/was christmas present for my 80 year old grandmother, so I may just give them to her, she wouldn't really mind. I have contacted them up to 10 times about returning them for poor quality and i get no response or them saying they will replace them. I too purchased a dvd box set from tvdvdbonanza. The initial confirmation email stated that items were shipped on 12/22/09. I emailed them on 1/8/10 stating that as of yet I did not receive item. I finally got them yesterday. They didn't ship until 12/8. I almost wish that I didn't get them. They are bootlegged and the worst part is that they skip, stick and part way through the dvd player decides that the disc can't be read. they were recorded from the ABC Family Channel and shipped from China. I just sent another email stating my problem. I may just see if I can dispute the charge on my card. Does anyone know who to report the selling of bootlegged items to?
I too orderend from tvdvdbonanza.com on 12-21-09. They processed my card and got their money along with this internationl fee. It is now 1-12-10 and i have yet to recieve my dvds. I recieved three different confirmation emails on two seperate days saying my order had been shipped on both december 22 and 23. My first dealing with this site, will ultimately be my last. Wish I would have read the reviews before I went on to purchase. The company I dealt with was to send 100ct bottle and only sent 30ct bottle. Normally I would think this is just an honest mistake BUT after reviewing my order I noticed the tag line did not indicate the amount of the bottle count. So before even placing my order I sent the seller a message (THROUGH BONANZA) Making sure it was in fact the 100ct bottle that was for sale. Was assured it so went ahead and purchased. What I do I get in the mail? 30ct bottle. I immediately put in a dispute with Bonanza and waited. Nothing after 5 days so I put in a dispute with Paypal. 30 days after my sale Bonanza finally sends me an email telling me, to contact PAYPAL for resolution. They never even offered to help and it is their company. USER BEWARE! The sellers on this site must know they will not be harmed for duping customers so why not do it.
Traffic On This Site Is Indeed POOR.
Unless The Seller Is Willing To Pay 19% Of The Sale Or More..
This Site Should Be Able To Retire With These FEES !
6% & 9 % The Lowest Fees Might Get A Sale Or Two A Month If Your Lucky. We Sale 25 K A Month Between Amazon & Ebay.

When buying online, whether it be Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, or Bonanza, the sale is between the buyer and the seller.
The online source has nothing to do with anything.
That is why buyers should look at feedback.
Any reputable seller will handle problems fast, but you have to contact the seller, not the auction house.
I suspect most negative reviews are from either newbies or from paid negative posters.
Yes, paid neg posters do exist.

I had the same situation at Ebay and was treated EXACTLY the same as you are treating btdownloads.
First, it is the buyer's responsibility to READ the listing, thoroughly. If they disagree with the contract, they
should not bid. If the shipping time said 1 - 2 weeks, then that is what is in the contract. By You, Mark,
agreeing with the Buyer, shows your other sellers that you are not willing to honor a contract. So sad.
I did so want to sell on your site, but because of this, I have changed my mind. YOU NEED TO REMOVE THE
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THAT BTDOWNLOADS RECEIVED FROM THAT PARTICULAR BUYER, and then
REMOVE your ego, and start running the business you claim to be.
Yep same happen to me, suddenly I can't login, no explanation. Well except the fact I question their commission structure and improper charging and a couple other flaws and was slightly unethical ! Take it all the way and Good Luck, I'm filling my complaint tomorrow morning !
First off, MARK IS A ### A-Hole! He will play games such as making up lame ### excuses saying he cant bill your credit card for fees, when everyone else on this planet has no problem with it. SECOND - when he suspends your store, Bonaza will send emails to all the buyers telling them to file disputes against you. THIRD - Dont ever believe that Ecommerce Bytes Award, it was all insider BS Mark was doing. Trying to get existing sellers - to the point of forcing them to give Bonaza 5 Stars or else he would suspend your store. JUDY IS COOL THOUGH but A-HOLE MARK is her boss.
As far as problems that buyer's have, its correct, your problem is with the seller not the site. The site is a hosting platform for sellers and buyers to transact with each other. Buyers are lazy and will always try to get someone else to do their work for them. So these so called buyer complaints - they get all pissed off when Bonanza or someone else says, you have to do the work yourself. The buyer is the one that read the description, made the purchase, chose the seller to buy it from, so if there's a problem contact the seller and do the work. The second the buyer has to lift one finger they lift 20 of them just to complain. So if any buyer has a problem with a seller, contact them 2-3 times, if you cant resolve it professionally then file a dispute with PayPal. And buyers dont play your little games, like pretending to play stupid, or making threats. Some of you do it - but there are some out there that think they can make threats to get their point across.
But overall, as a seller get your site up and running and then let Bonanza pocket the expenses. Get the most expensive charges and use a credit card with a limit like a s mall one and let Mark the A-hole sit there with the expenses of it. Another thing is that you cant start building you store and boom they hit you with a system review. You get around the 450 product range and then boom your hit with a review and you cant add anymore items. They do that to protect their own as-ses and no one elses.
But Bonanza they will stab anyone and everyone in the back to protect themselves. Thats the truth.
This site is functionally unstable for sellers. The support staff regularly harrass and delete posts by members who pay for the use of the site when they complain about this, or when they report issues with search, check-out, messaging and notification. Originally billing themselves as an alternative to ebay, they have adopted isolationist policies that limit what sellers are able to share with one another about malfunctions on the site. They do not disclose their sell-through or traffic stats and are nasty to members - paying customers - who have issues with the site's practices and malfunctions. Sales are slow, response is rude, and the seller forums are stalked by censors.
I make about 6, 000 sales on ebay and about 3, 000 on amazon every month. I listed 8, 000 items on bonanza, spent about $2, 000 paying for some extra help and have a nice store on Bonanza. First, I had to paid for a pro membership because they were hiding my items from their searching engine. Later, that " Bonanza Mark" emailed me saying I had too many items on my booth and I was required to upgrade to their $300.00 monthly membership, otherwise, I would be suspended immediately. I told him I didn't think $300.00 was worth on bonanza since I was not making that many sales. I refused to pay $300.00 a month plus seller fees so Mark suspended one booth. At that time, we had two booths on Bonanza. A customer filled a case through the resolution center, I never got any notification about that specific case. One day, one of my employees tried to add more items when he find out our booth was on Hold. I emailed the customer ( I had to use his paypal email address ) and apologized for any inconvenience cause and we would send him the item for free and he would be getting a full refund. I even sent the customer a thank you note with a $25.00 start bucks card. For my surprise, that customer told me he never filed any case against me so who filled it then? Answer : Bonanza Bonanza resolution center is a joke, I refunded the customer, and I had to email Bonanza support asking why the case was still open ? They accused me of lying and saying I didn't have any intentions of refunding the customer. three days later, I send them a screen shot with the refund information. hahaha Bonanza Judy didn't beleive me again and wanted to have access to my paypal account. Omg I guess she was really high that day, there is not way, I will provide my paypal email address and password to a random person ( my PP had about $14, 000 at that time) They didn't want to close the case for two weeks and my account was suspended. After my account was suspended they charged me $98.00 on each card ( each booth had to different credit cards) I sent a email to support@bonanza.com and it went unanswered. I see mark is always saying email us attttt blah blah @bs.asss but they don't care. I had to file a complaint with my credit card issuer and a few weeks later, I got my money back .
Bonanza runs illegal business practices. People talk crap about ebay but they provide sales every day.
Another good site is Ioffer, they have a decent traffic every month as well and their fees are low. Customer service is not bad at all.

I just had them remove all of my listings on my seller account because they linked me to another account that still owed them $7 in fees. I have never heard of this other account and tried to tell them this but they were not hearing it. They even refunded my gold membership fees minus the $7 from the other account. What a scam, this is theft and I already am in the process of filing a BBB dispute and if that does not take care of it the next step will be small claims court. I don't care if I have to pay a $25 filing fee as long as companies like this don't get away with being immoral. I have posted the response from Mark which im guessing is the only employee of the site.

What a bummer. The last thing we want to do is lose a customer but on the same hand we cannot afford to have users abandon accounts that have balances and then open new accounts. We understand that it may not be you directly (per your statement) but it was someone who had access to you computer. In any case, we have issued a refund of your membership (per your request) minus the $ 7.00 seller fees from the other account (receipt below). We have also removed the membership from your account.
So the account no longer has an overdue amount. The other account will remain on hold until the reinstatement fee is paid. We can reactivate this account for you, just let us know if that is what you would like.

How ridiculous is that look he even admits that even if its not me directly they feel they can still do this. So if someone else logs into their Bonanza account from your IP and owes Bonanaza money be careful because they will try to put those fees on you.
I don't believe, just because a few have had a bad experience, this is a bad site. There is no pleasing some. I'm new to bonanza, but so far, everyone has been helpful. I'm looking forward to selling on Bonanza.
