Bob's Discount Furniture review: Trying to utilize my protection plan, and was denied

I had purchased several items from this store. I also was convinced to purchase a protection plan. It has been two years since I made the purchase, but I still had the coverage. One item of furniture I bought, a rip on the back of the arm rest. I tried to utilize the SOOO called protection plan, only to be denied, coverage. I spent several weeks with a multitude of customer service agents and store associates. Only to be told that the damage is not covered. I feel cheated and disrespected as a customer and as a future customer. I will post about this issue, on social media, and warn people of the so called Goof protection they offer, is lemon, and is not worth the extra to pay. Lastly, I will express how all the furniture is subpar.
