Bob's Furniture has the cheapest furniture it falls apart, the products are mostly all Defected products. NEVER AGAIN! I will never recommend this store. I have been waiting 3 months for new furniture since they send damage items. Customer service the worst they just put u on hold then hang up on you. Thank god my sales rep gave me his cell phone that's how many times i called him in 3 months! Oh and they don't want to give me my money back. SO THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN

December 12 ,2022purchased and set arrived December 15,2022 and falling start on December 31,3022. So

Defective dining room chairs. The first time a person sat in the chair it fell apart and the person fell on floor threatening yo sue me.

Bob's furniture is staffed by incompetent, ineffective, poorly trained customer service. When faced with a problem to accept delivery which was beyond the customers control, the customer service staff responded with false promises, robot like responses and were ineffective in problem solving. They, and I mean each and every individual that I spoke with (approx 10) required a repeat of the problem, gave the same blanket response and did not follow through . They promised delivery and then came up with every excuse in the book as to why the bedroom set would not be delivered as agreed. First it was sent back to the "depot" then it was back at the "warehouse". They used excuses of being understaffed to solve the problem and deliver as promised. Each customer staff, passed the buck, and made whatever promise and comments necessary just to get off the phone.
I wish the same treatment to Bob and his family members by other companies so he too can experience the lies, stories and consequential frustration that my family experienced by his incompetent, unprofessional company that does not stand behind its word. Even the salesman who sold us the furniture was embarrassed by the treatment of his company.

I purchased a montibello kitchen set from Bobs Discount Furniture, , it has very poor quality and Bobs had to deliver 4 different sets because of poor workmanship and defects. The chairs the buttons fallout, custions sag, feels like your sitting on springs, they now will not replace or repair even though there is a goof proof protection on them, I was told by guardian non of the issues are covered, so again that protection was a big waste of money. I had asked them to contact manufacturer as it has to be a defect as it always is the same issues. Then I speak with customer care as I had not heard back from the visit on tech from 02/21/2013 not even a phone call and the customer care technician was very rude and unprofessional.
With all of the same issues that are going on they should replace the table and the chairs. Will never buy again from any of there stores. They treat customers badly. We are senior citizens, have no children at home and are very careful with our furniture. They have very poor quality.
