My son and I bought $6500.00 worth of your furniture which was delivered on 7/25/2025. The delivery men tore my floor. They claim my son did it. He did not do it. As his mother I was there I asked the men to move the love seat to another place. They are saying my son did it move the chair over the tear. No, they moved it as I asked them to put the chair over the tear. The men begged us not to report it as they would have to pay for it.

We were not going to report it however as it could not be repaired At first we were told that Bob’s furniture has insurance and it would be covered. Now they are dening it. We got 3 estimates for Bobs furniture.Im 79 do you think as a Christian I would lie about this.My house goes up for sale on Aug 1st. Please help me
