I was having a bedroom set delivered on 06-07-25. The delivery men showed up and waited 10 minutes for us to move a dresser into a different room as the delivery men would not deliver our new furniture with the dresser in the room even though we moved it out of the way and had all the room they needed to deliver and set it up. They actually left and no delivery happened. I spoke to many customer service and delivery employees and was promised they would come back the same day. The delivery guys refused to come back. My daughter is having surgery 06-11-25 and I needed the set by the 10th. Now they are telling me the delivery will be 06-12-25. So now I have no bed the day my daughter has her surgery. I have gotten the run around. Please do not EVER order from Bobs Furniture. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Recommendation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THE ONLY THING YOU WILL GET IS A HEADACHE.
