If quality in furniture is an important factor when purchasing, then look elsewhere. I purchased 6 counter height dining chairs late September. I picked them up in the boxes. We put 2 of them together, and found that the manufacturer has a defect, meaning I did not purchase rocking chairs. I had to fight with customer service for over a month to get a refund, which is not in their policy. Only exchanges/store credit is. They use their discretion to give you your money back. I also filed a complaint because the delivery person signed for me, but not at my request. They also wanted me to sign something written in Spanish. Overall, the whole experience was exhausting, and unprofessional to say the least
Recommendation: Choose another furniture store if value, and quality, and customer service is important.
