Mattress no longer has 4 square corners. The foam appears to have shrunk at the corners making it nearly impossible to keep a fitted sheet on it overnight. I would like a new queen sized Bob o pedic delivered to my house.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I recently fell under the sucker category falling for the price gimics and "it's the same as the brand name but with a different label" tricks. I purchased a Black Label pillow top mattress from Bob's and it's lumpy, shorter than a normal Queen size, and the headboard end of the mattress is not square, but it's cut at an angle and when the mattress is flush against the headboard there is 2-3 inch angular-gap from left to right. It's so ridiculous looking. And, I went back to the other major player (the ones whcih shows Imax movies) hint...hint... and tried the real thing again and now I'm kicking myself. And yes, the associates (not all...) but most are pushy and in one case I had down right rude. It was like we were bothering him because he had to reduce himself to help me out in the mattress dept.
My advice...pay a bit more...be satisfied with your purchase...and sometime it's not worth going generic!

I just tipped off Fox News Network to the deceptive business practices of Bob's Discount Furniture and the growing complaints on these board. 436 complaints files with the better business bureau in the last 13 months. Goto Fox.com and tell your story. Maybe the media will get somewhere with it. Good Luck!
You did not go "generic." you bought a KING KOIL mattress. That's the best selling brand of mattresses in hotels in North America. You made a complaint that the bed is "too short." IT''s a QUEEN bed. If you don't like the size, then you shouldn't have bought it. Maybe your frame is just too low? I don't see ANYTHING bad that Bob's did. You just don't like the mattress. They can't help it if you're having buyer's remorse. The only thing I can see as an issue is the slanted cut. This sounds really strange, though. If it's defective, RETURN IT! Maybe it's not really defective. Hmm... You got a mattress for $999 that usually sells for upwards of $2, 000! Stop complaining.
THESE COMPANIES ARE OUT-AND-OUT CROOKS. THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS BY THE GOVERNMENT.
