Similar to another complaint, I bought living room, dining room and bedroom furniture and also purchased their goof proof Protection plan. Within a very short period of time sofa seats caving in, dining room table fading, chairs falling apart, leg on chest broke, painting chipping off dresser. Contacted Guardian and the claims were denied in minutes because normal wear and tear is not covered. None of this is normal! I live alone with little to no traffic so there is no explanation other than I was sold garbage furniture. You get what you pay for.
