False advertising and bait and switch
Tried to buy a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder SV SIlver advertised FINAL PRICE for $31,825. With TTL of $449 and Taxes of about $1700 that only $34K which is fine. That was the OTD price quoted to me on the phone by "Rosa" who said she was the i internet sales manage. Price ended up being over $37K with paint protection and logac type device both worthless when "SHAWN" the manage met me in the office. They would not adjust the price down to the advertised price (see attached)

Desired outcome: this dealership in engaged in false advertising and deceptive business practices. Filed complaint with Nissan Motors complaint claim number [protected]
