Bob Evans review: The ladies bathroom

Every time I eat there for the last several years the floors are dirty and sticky to walk on and the toilet bowls on the outside of the bowl down to the floor are covered in piss, dust and hair. Whoever is responsible for cleaning the toilet bowls need to clean the ENTIRE bowl inside and out. The floors need to be mopped daily with bleach and a detergent for floors to get them sanitized and clean to look at.

Claimed loss: None but these bathrooms used to be much cleaner. Someone is not doing their job properly.

Desired outcome: Clean and sanitize every part of the bathrooms daily and every month I would recommend someone also clean the walls and baseboards thoroughly.
