Bob Evans - Service and food

My wife and I visited your store location located in south Venice Fl on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at approximately 11:00 am. WE were greeted by an elderly white male in his 60's at the entrance who showed us to our booth. We then were approached by the waitress who was a white female in her mid-fifties with an accent. When we were ready to order I stated, "I have a question before we order", she abruptly interrupted and stated, "ladies first!" I then replied, we are ordering the same thing, so the question is from both of us." she then snickered. she took our order and returned approximately 10 minutes later with a plate full of burnt black potatoes that appeared to be fried in dirty oil that had not been changed in quite some time. My eggs looked to be flipped on my plate and the pancakes had a funky after taste. We then brought it to her attention, and she stated she would speak to the cook. She returned with slightly better colored potatoes. She asked me if we were happy, and I replied "NO." I explained the presentation of the food was awful the oil used was dirty and there was no sense of pride in the quality of food and being served. She then spoke to a young white female in her late 20's manning the register. The manager then came by our table and stated what the issue was and again I stated there was no pride in the food presentation and how could this food be served to the customers without a manager sending it back? HE replied, I am the manager, what could I do? He left and stated he would take care of it. My wife the checked out and the girl charged us full price for a crappy meal we hardly touched. My wife then asked there is no discout . She replied, no! and followed with have a nice day sarcastically.

Desired outcome: Gift card for our treatment.
