Told spammers ther were spamming in /2 trade to " please stop spamming trade as you can be subject to being banned " every time they spammed, i put that in the chat and they all reported me so the auto bot banned me.

When i petitioned to dispute Arcaxenosi told me to get lost and if i kept petitioning for email and or direct phone communications with regards to customer service tickets i could be furhter penalized. which is a direct violation of "Federal Trade Commission Act, Section ,

Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer

Protection Act, Sections 1031 and 1036".

In the attachments of this complaint youll see where the incompetent "GM" arent even in accordance with one another and provide different standpoints and action to take in regards to the dispute. Both disregard the actual issue and send me a generic response that blankets most issues because theyre incompetent and incapable or representing the company adequately with regards to upholding the agreements set within the game.

Claimed loss: Im paid $204 per hour as a building consultant for an engineering firm, so i will be charging my rate for time lost starting on 1/13/2024 at approximately 1PM.

Desired outcome: Un ban my account and provide game time for free as well as in game items as an apology for the "GM"'s bullying and harassment.

ok so let me clear up some things based off my past experience and talking with a old friend who was a GM for blizzard.

1. for lvl and gold sellers you should use the report player function and use the ignore feature. you can also use the create channel feature [adds another tab to chat window] and remove all channels they advertise on. they have been in wow since wrath of the litch king. nothing new.

2. telling them to stop wont help at all just makes you look like you are harassing them if you repeatedly tell them to stop.

3. from what your complaint states it sounds like you were harassing the farmers which is a violation of the TOS and EULA of Blizzard Ent. which means the GMs have 0 choice but to take the actions they did. They examine all chat logs in the system in order to come to a conclusion.

My friend mentioned back when he worked for them that the ban system runs a 2 factor ban system. the bot bans then hands it to review to a support person for review after giving a temp ban. the support person examines all chat logs and compares it to the TOS and EULA.

i don't work for them but i do know mentioning legal ramifications for not complying with your request forces them to hand it to legal to see if their is reason to worry. the Acts while it does protect you also has to be checked vs what the TOS and EULA [in terms of video games]. In this case it appears [via what your posting] you harassed another player which strips you of those Acts protections from what i understand.

if you try another appeal tell them your sorry and approached the situation wrong. see if they will change their mind.

if that isn't the whole situation story post more info and maybe there is a different answer i could give. again this is just based off experience and info i was given in the past.
