Esta app cuando la empece a jugar era super buena pero hace poco antes de que saliera cristiano Ronaldo tenía muchos hacker y ahora los personajes te pueden matar a una distancia como si fuera franco las armas automáticas no matan exepto por la pistola nueva te puedes ganar algo en un evento y no te lo dan puedo esforzarme demasiado en escuadra a pesar que los otro se salgan de zona para "morirse" hacer bastantes kills apesar de que no cuento con los otros participantes y me bajan puntos por algo q yo no hice el juego tiene demasiados lagueos ahora y ayer precisamente estuve jugando para el evento de los fragmentos de 60 para una skin estuve todo el día jugando por q tenía 34 y me faltaban estuve trabajando tanto y tanto que no sé por qué 1. El evento todavía estaba a tiempo 2.dejaron de darme los fragmentos en 57 3.jugue varias veces en diferentes modos a ver por qué no me los ganaba si hacía kills ganaba y era la mejor de la escuadra no me gane la skin por las fallas de el juego otra cosa era las comidas para la mascota de lo de chorom me gane muchas y solo aparecieron las primeras cosa q no me explico por q salía como ilimitado y yo lo gane por favor Garena arregla el juego era demasiado bueno como para que los jugadores se cansen de tanta injusticia a los que se esfuerzan

It's a fun game but poor/no CUSTOMER service. I submit a ticket for an Item I acquired to lvl up a character and it’s bugged. I couldn't use it. After I submit the ticket explaining the situation I never heard from them. Ever... And it's not the first time I have submitted a ticket in all the time playing, and nothing. But they do send you emails if you have to get off a ranking game because you're having a real-life situation at your house. The game by itself is fun unless you encounter “The hackers” which are a lot. “Players”, which they don't disband. (Accordingly to them they do. But when you see their account, they have been there for a long time.) In the game, you can see the player blinking all around the map, running at a ridiculous speed, or not getting hit by shots no matter how many are shooting at him, but they one-shot you just by aiming at you. I know what is a good player vs a hacker. “Computer programmed commands” (Mods). That makes the game worthless to play. It is a competition against a none winning event. You're just destined to die and be the joke of the game. Does Customer service do something? It's like an old drunken record played over and over, as the answering machine when you do not want to be bothered. So I give one star for the poor/none existing CUSTOMER service that ruins the game.

I wish in the next update your member will fix, waiting lobby back option not working on IOS device, i hope you will add this features, like all other. Day by day, this game really going downwards for your gaming community. Try to connect us and try to connect you with your user by arranging big big Tournament. Otherwise this game will be shut down one day. Your game has so many bug try to fix it

1. Internal green MP40 double damage features doesn’t work while damaging enemy. It alwayes show lower damage like single damage wapon.

2. New wapon always damage lot and demo wapon alwayes gives us better damage but other wapon doesn’t. And you support those who always top up and waste money for your game. They get more advantage than who don’t top up dimond.

3. HUD option mic and Speaker Placement problem. Try to fix it. Because i am 4 finger player so while i try to switch my wapon by quick wapon switch i always face mic on off problem. You will understand what i want to say.

4. In game remove Revive option. And make this game for only 10 minutes playable in BR rank mode.

5. Day by day your wapon adjustment settings really give us so many pain because i was permanent user of MP5 but day by day your unplanned wapon adjustment forced me to remove mp5 wapon from my favourite wapon list.

If i try to mention this kind of disadvantage one by one of this game, then by writing i can’t finish it in one day. So i wish you will fix it considerly.

Free fire is a good but poor game. I started playing free fire in 2019 I loved the game, it was engaging and so full of potential but then came the money making industry which it has become. Freefire no more aims at making a good competitive game fair for all player but at extracting as much money as possible from the players. I have said it and will say it again this game is a pay to win. The name is Freefire but in reality it’s “PaidFire”. On top of that is their customer service which is non existing. It is just there for fancy and doesn’t do their job. I requested for an account transfer and guess what? They told me it was not possible and for any issues I was experiencing with my account I would just have to create a new one. Why type of customer service does that? You guessed right: Freefire customer service. Now freefire has started banning accounts of casual and innocent players me included . I created an account and never used it no match played nothing and when I wanted to use it one day the famous “account suspended” was all I could see. Not just that I created a new account as per what the customer service said as I had no other option then what ….boom account suspended after 4days of using it. I play on iOS so how did my account get banned? That’s a question for freefire customer service. All around I would review this game 1/5. The game has great potential but is been wasted on money extraction and there being a non interactive customer service.

Play the game if you must because it’s awesome, but be cautious of any purchases you may make with them. I have spent almost $300 in diamonds attempting to obtain the MP40 skin in the incubator. After around $200 (20k ) I finally received the 7th golden ball required but when I tried to exchange them, i appeared to only have 1. I submitted a report to Garena, and have yet to receive a response.

Idiotically, i tried again to acquire the other balls that I needed. After(2) $49.99 packages of diamonds in spins, I was only able to obtain 3 more balls. This gave me a total of 4. The next time I went in I only had 1 ball AGAIN. So... now I have 1 ball and 21 of the papers required to exchange. I don’t know what is going on. I have already had a terrible experience with their customer service prior to this, concerning the region change. I spend a great deal of money on two accounts as well as gift my friends all the time. Most of my purchases I make through the Pagostore or iTunes, and I really wish my problem was with one of these two companies as they i know they have some type of actual customer service for situations like this. I really like this game and enjoy it, but this can’t be legal. This company cannot just steal from their customers, and we have no recourse or way to resolve it. This company is large enough to have some legitimate customer support. if anyone reading this knows of a way to get this resolved please let me know! Thank you

Major Problem: This game is my favorite so far. I was never really into PUBG or Fortnite and once I was introduced to this game, I instantly fell in love with it. My only major problem with the game is that I cannot play with people from other regions. A lot of my family members play this game but live in other regions and so I can’t play with them. This makes me loose interest in the game as I have more fun playing with other people who are not complete strangers. You should fix this so that more people can enjoy this game and have a lot of fun with family and friends while doing so.

Minor Problems: I am not 100% sure about this but I haven’t got any diamonds in game so if I want them, I have to pay for them and I don’t want to do that because this game could be better with the option to change regions.
Their should be more prizes in the free pass and more challenges to complete daily.
The gliding in the game is very poor. You can’t really get to your destination unless it’s straight from where the plane is moving or a tiny little bit off to the side. Besides that I have to run pretty far to where I want to go.

Things I like about the game: The in app purchases aren’t nearly as expensive as they are in a lot of other games.
The quality is good.
The lobby is really cool!
They’re are a lot of places to loot. Characters have useful special abilities.
It isn’t that difficult to get gold.
The free pass contains decent prizes (but there is usually quite a long space of music notes needed until you can get a prize.

So basically, the thing that the developers DEFINITELY need to fix is the option to change your region to where you want when you want but the game is pretty cool so far.

Really are you joking to buy a shirt that you can keep for as long as you want is about 5000 coins your joking right? Oh and if you want to buy really cool costumes and emotes TOO BAD they cost diamonds you know their are free to play players right, at least make some stuff available for them,this game use to be really good now all they care about now is the money literally everything in this game you have to buy with gems that you have to pay money for.Luck Royale is really good to get some clothes for your character but it is very very limited and I mean limited,oh and also who honestly thought it was a good idea to only have a limited amount of time to wear some of the clothes you get in luck Royale are you serious?oh and the emotes are also trash their is literally no use in them.The gameplay is good but really buggy the hit detection is atrocious I literally one time was raming into a player with a car and literally glitched through the ground and died like for real? Oh and when I play ranked matches it say it chooses randomly but literally the only map I play is Bermuda,Random? Sure,I barely get to play purgatory oh and when I lose on ranked matches I literally lose more than I gain like how does that make sense the whole game is a glitchfest once I was jumping out a window that was really high and took 3 damage,and then I jumped out another window it was the same height as the other one and I TOOK 20 LIKE HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE anyways this whole game needs to be fixed pretty badly their still tons more glitches that need to be fixed and really when the game is not lagging or glitching it’s pretty fun til theirs that one guys that literally snipes you from way across the map oh and one more thing just before I get done complaining about this game when I’m using a resupply map it literally spawns so far away from where I usually land and sometimes it’s not even worth getting when your using a resupply map at least it should give you some pretty good things sometimes and not worth risking for.

I used to love this game it was very entertaining and fun, but when they started to make changes like change in the region I started to doubt about playing because I could not play with my friends who were in another region. Also, I bought diamonds many times and spent a lot of money to one day get my account suspended for no reason, I have never used hacks or not paid my top ups. I tried recovering my account but it was simply imposible and they never gave me the reason why my account was banned. They stated that the only way an account can be recovered is due to financial problems or mistakes. Therefore, I lost all of my money and received no answer or alternative, I just wasted money and time in an app that can simply erase your account when they decide to and do not give you answers or analyze if that account should be banned. Therefor if you play in this app never waste your money because you never know when they are going to decide to simply cancel your account for no reason! BE CAREFUL NOT TO GIVE THEM MONEY AND ALLOW THEY TO KEEP IT SND TAKE AWAY TOUR ACCOUNT WITH EVERYTHING YOU PUT INTO THE GAME!

El juego es divertido y bueno, pero por favor nunca inviertan mucho dinero en su cuenta! Me cancelaron la cuenta a la cual ya puse mucho dinero y no me dieron razón porqué decidieron cancelar mi cuenta. Las opciones eran que uso hacks, o por asuntos financieros y ninguno de los dos fue correcto en mi caso. Intenté recuperar la cuenta y simplemente mandan el mismo correo diciendo que la subirás cuentas que ellos recuperan es en las que hubieron problemas con el dinero y que todas las demás no se pueden cambiar. Quise que me devuelvan mi dinero de una recarga que hice el día anterior y que obviamente no pude usar porque me la cancelaron y su respuesta fue otra vez la misma que el sistema les manda a todos diciendo que devoluciones no son posibles. Me robaron y me quitaron la cuenta sin razón y no dan opciones para cambiar las cosas, así que por favor no caigan! We are the FreeFire players of Nepal.We have invested our money, time, dedication, and we have always supported this game. We are playing your game on the Indian server since there is no dedicated Nepali server and on top of that, we are not getting any proper facilities that other battleground games provide.We have a good number of players who are playing this game here in Nepal, but we are not getting any opportunities to represent our country in this game which is a big concern for us. And we are being abandoned and ignored by the management system of Garena FreeFire India.

We Nepali FreeFire players are always ready to booyah but we are even not getting slots in the official tournament as India is taking our slots. And not only that but FreeFire India disqualified the teams from Nepal without stating proper reasons for disqualifications. They are just playing dirty politics against us. We don't know why but we are deprived of our rights to play eSports.FreeFire India is treating Nepal like a state of India but we Nepalese are independent. As we are confessing the Indian Mods they are just ignoring us. Even they are not serious about the ping issues in Nepal. We are facing excess ping issues. Even when playing with a good internet connection we are experiencing very very high ping. We don't even have any high post person of FreeFire in Nepal to report our problems. We are experiencing a terrible gaming experience.

The only thing that we Nepalese players need is a good management system, eSports for Nepal, and most important a better ping to enhance our gaming experience.

As Pubg mobile is providing great opportunity to Nepal and if this doesn't get resolved very soon then many esports enthusiastic players may leave the game seeing no future in it...

So, We request the officials to investigate this issue thoroughly. We are hoping that Garena Officials will help us. Thank you for your time.

So even though I have just started playing this game due to a friend recommending it to me I can see what the main issue is. Over all it’s a solid game, reminding me of a fortnite pubg mix. Pubg because of the combat and fortnite with all the goofy items like goo walls and such. I want whoever reads this to know that I’d suggest you play this because when the main issue I’m going to discuss doesn’t happen it’s actually a pretty fun game. The auto lock on feature isn’t super strong which I like because in something like pubg it’s kinda difficult to shoot and move around your cursor all at the same time so I like this. However, the main issue with this game is the amount of hackers there are. And no I know they aren’t try harder because I can tell the difference. One person take a while to kill me and the other snipes me with a vector from half way across the map getting nothing but headshots which kills me in like two hits. Out of the like maybe 15 of the games I’ve played in total about 10 of them have been ruined by hackers. So thats about a 60-70% chance you’re going to get a hacker in the game and might be even bigger than that due to hackers actually sucking so much that even a few of my games me and my friends actually killed them due to actual tactical thought and execution. If you’re in a large field with a hacker you stand no chance. If you have buildings then you have a much greater chance because you can hide and pop out shoot etc etc. I love this game because of the cosmetics they aren’t boring like pubg and super childish like fortnite. They are actually super cool and I’m so sad by the fact that it got ruined by hackers. I don’t know how other games prevent hacking or how much it would cost to implement it into the game but I’m going to tell you right now you would get so much more people coming in if you fixed that one problem. The graphics are decent for a mobile game and I have a great time with my friends even when getting killed by hackers. So In all fun game just too many hackers to have a fun fair game. Oh and some characters are kind of pay to win with some of their abilities. But other than that decent game overall.

Free Fire has been an experience for me. Ever since PUBG mobile got littered with tryhards, I’ve searched for better battle royale games. Until I found this. It’s fun until you hit a level over 11. After which you’ll be matched with players who can knock you in seconds. However, the problem isn’t the tryhards here, it’s balancing, matchmaking, etc etc.

1: Guns.
Some weapons are down right absolute scum. Shotguns can wipe your flesh off your bones in seconds, while smgs will dominate close range encounters. If you fire fast enough, dual vectors pretty much make you un touchable.
The Famas and Aug will take your skull from your body in seconds, literally being AWPs with faster fire rates. Level 4 armor is a must have, but nothing can save you because obtaining level 4 armor is a search of its own.

2: Characters.
Character skills are either extremely op or absolute trash. Getting Kelly and leveling her up will make you able to attend street races without a car, and getting Maxim will have you healing faster than someone can say “the bullseye is the eye of a bull” and boy oh boy do some skill combinations make you downright op. You can spend money to allow characters to use other characters skills, mixing and matching until you become the terminator.

3: Matchmaking.
Are you a noob who relies on playing squads? Because if so, your squad of randoms won’t be prepared for people who drink their sweat so their aim literally pierces through someone’s head faster than their bullet reaches said head. You’ll be fine till some guy with a p90 comes along, ends you, and ensures you’ll stay dead. Tactical thinking is a thing of the past as glue walls get put up during each combat scenario, and the force of a 12 gauge being stronger than thought out tactics means that even if you have a plan, some level 23 guys in a monster truck will ride up to your area and put you in the lobby, wishing that you can stop getting matched with tryhards, or people who abuse the meta of smg/shotgun>any other gun.

The only reason I still play this game alongside PUBG mobile is because everything else crashes. The day I get a new device is the day I’ll be able to actually enjoy games instead of them crashing or putting me in the ring, armed with a basic ak47 with some guy who has two vectors ready to end my entire mobile gaming career. I don’t hate this game, I just hope it can change for the better. Still fun, don’t worry.

They give 0 information to people who need help, they even state that they will not look into the problems people with banned or suspended accounts have in their official page. They allow players to submit a report and give 0 fs about what it contains, all they do is copy and paste the same message to any report which resumed is “we cant help you with your problem and we cant tell you why you are banned or suspended because people will avoid doing that” if they dont tell us how are we supposed to not get banned. I played with the same account for over 3 years and was banned unjustly. [protected] was my account's id if i remember correctly. I was suspended for 5 days randomly and was then banned. I learned that i wasn't the only one with a suspended account and that they added more options on the report button in-game, my conclusion and that of many others at the time was that the report button was disabled and just for looks before. As many players know Everyone reports players that kill them when they rage in game, i don't intend to brag but i was a fairly good player and with the changes to re report system i might have been reported unjustly by many in that short period of time. I inquired for help in their official page providing proof of ownership and payments made to the account but was given the same thing over and over, we cant help you we know the reason why you were banned but we cant tell you. I found this retarded and quit playing the game. they keep banning players/customers. people that actually help the game develop by wasting money in game should atleast get a reason for being banned not banning them for no reason and not accept appeal, they dont ban your phone from downloading the game or your wifi from connecting to they're platform, just your account which contains all of your hard work, ranks and the time you played and many players just make an alt account. Players that have in game cheats or things of the sort don't need a specific account and mostly use just made accounts with nothing, to cheat in game because they can get banned and make a new account. thats the reason i am aggregated by the lack of care they give their customers. Terrible customer service, if you want to play this game, i Highly Don't recommend it but if you still do it i recommend you don't waste money on this game, altho it is a pay to win, you can compete with p.t.w players with skill, i have and you can do it too. I really liked this game, its a fun way to waste time, make friends or waste the time with friends you already have but please don't waste money on these robers because thats what they are. Even items you buy in game don't stay the same. You purchase a gun or character for the advantages they give, and when enough people have it they nerf it to make players purchase newer stuff. The cycle goes on and on, good luck

I’m attempting to play with my friends in a squad, but it says that we are in different regions. So we can’t play. Problem is , is that we are literally sitting right next to each other, why?

I had to delete the app and download it again. It would not let me do the latest update and without it, it would not let me play. Now that i have it downloaded, i can log in with the same username.

My buddy keeps telling me how much of a good game this is. So I downloaded it, and it won’t even connect to servers. I haven’t been able to play one session.

This games needs work. You can’t control your drop speed is one example. A big issue I have is not being able to report hackers. I constantly get in the top 10 just to be killed off by some hacker. I have screen recording of players phasing through walls and more.

Game glitches every time never didn’t vehicle because you won’t be able to get out it glitched I shut the app open the app five times and it still would not Unglitch worst game ever I mean seriously can you fix the stupid server system and the lag!☹️

This game is good in some ways but it’s kinda terrible you see your constantly getting killed by people you can’t even see cars are hitting you through objects which is so unfair and getting shot through objects. This is not a great mobile game but play at your own risk.

This game doesn’t seem to work when not connected to WiFi on my iPhone. I try to play it with my normal cell phone data, but it just won’t work. The Phone Service is T-Mobile and the package is the Basic Service which is $70/line, that includes unlimited talk, text, and web.

At first I didn’t have issues with it WiFi or no WiFi the game worked great. Then it started crashing a lot. I would get in to a lobby and then a pop up message would say that there was a server connection problem. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled and still having the connection problem. Right now I’m leaving the rating at 1 star but if they fixed it I’d change it. It was a fun game before the server issues. Please fix ASAP

first of all, we still waiting for an fps counter. You always release new updates that contain nothing but new guns and useless events, and we don't want new guns every two month, that's just confusing, instead try focusing on what the players really need to make their gameplay smooth and complete. there are tons of bugs and small things that you guys can fix but you don't bc you're too busy giving us events and guns we don't care about. make the game better then focus on events and unneeded additions. to sum this up, listen to what the players need and you can't just distract us with some boring events, fix the current guns before releasing new guns and only do that when you hear us complaining about the lack of new guns. make the game run smoother and just polish the overall UI. and again, we need an fps counter ASAP!
