My clan was named mrstinkypinky with no deep meaning behind it it's just a stinky pinky. And I was banned for 2 days, I contacted supercell to no avail they team is very lazy and just copy pasted promts saying it was might be sensitive in other countries with people with different views and such wich is just an answer but not a correct one. His name was Ari and I'd like him fired for not doing his job and sensorship of speech.

This company refuses to take my information to confirm Im the owner of an account and i have spent hundreds of dollars but because i cant remember EVERY DETAIL OF THE PAST 7 years they cant confirm it is me

I have giving supercell proof of my in game purchasing with itunes , gave them a list of all my devices used on the account , where it was created , sent them a picture of me being at the home screen base showing it belongs to me . And they keep telling me Im trying to steal someones account when it belongs to me and i have in game app purchasing receipts

transactions was paid through my telephone company, I'm From LA currently in ***. They had coding issues cause of covid19 lockdown so I stayed at home and played the game. I just got a new phone thought my phone was the issue, but I went to *** mobile they checked for me and said my phone is fine. storages no virus etc. I wrote to supercell this is how they reply me until today, this is the 5th months ignorance and *** government. I contacted them they contacted *** distributors and ask me write to supercell *** headquarters as ComplaintsBoard.com can see they block my email! I want me refund back I deleted the game already and some of my purchases were gone!Best and thankful

They create a Supercell ID in order to we can play the games everywhere from any device. I changued my player name (Clash of Clans) and they delete my account. I have years working in that base. They do that to many players in order that we star a new game and then expend more money building our village. I played the game before in an Iphone 6s now i signed in in my note 8 but they asume that the acvount was sold it. Thats why it is only one account by email, I just want my account back, simple if they delete the account and cant give back to me i just want another account at same level, years playing.

Supercell has banned my account on Clash Royale under pretenses not listed in their ToS. They banned it on August 7th. My account name is Bakemono and the number associated with it is #2POROVLLO. I have spent thousands on this game over the course of 6 years and they banned me without notice and did not hear me out at all when I tried to contact them. Their ToS did not list the reason I was banned for as something a player would be permanently banned for and feel that my ban is completely undeserved given how much time and money I have spent on this game. I would log into the game and get ban after ban, like if I was being targeted and they never once helped me out any one of the 4 times I tried to contact them about the bans.Please help me get my account back. My complaint is that my clan account name was changed without warning or reason. When I inquired as to why I was told that my account was reported as offensive. However, my account name was simply "***". There are literally hundreds of other accounts with the same or similar name. As I have spent money on this game over the years I expect them uphold the agreements we have in place and I have not violated them. They are completely unwilling to speak with me about my complaint and will tell me to just deal with it. This seems personal and not contractual. They are not providing the program and service as outlined in the agreements. It is a simple fix that they refuse to comply with. There is no place for this in American business and society. The company Supercell has numerous games listed on the App Store. We have spent 1000's of dollars over the years for these games. We recently switched to a new phone and the connection was lost. An email verification code is supposed to be sent but no emails over a dozen attempts as well. (Probably part of their scam) I have even sent over proof of the purchases from Apple and they are still denying an account. I have asked them numerous polite questions and they in turn told me not to contact them again for some time and blocked all access. I see that they are known for this instead of helping their paying customers. I would like our money back but only after an honest attempt of providing an email with our code. They do nothing but steal even based on their FB account. Hundreds of scammed people looking for help on the page. I have also spoke to Apple and they are submitting reviews to have them pulled from the app store. They are not happy with what was seen as t
