I wanted to complain about the Bo pic department at BJs. It’s been said that department is 70% of the business. I don’t see hoe that is possible. On a slow day you have maybe two orders go out an hour. On a busy day you have maybe four orders go out an hour. To me that’s awful to think that’s good business. I see in store shoppers nine out of ten shopping days on end. I see the all the Bo pic department sit around because they don’t have anything to do.
Desired outcome: Getting the department to stay more busy and if not busy help in other areas of the store
