BJ's Wholesale Club review: customer service

I am trying to call the Kendall store located at 7007 SW 117th Ave. Kendall, FL 33183 and I have been hung up on three times. It appears that the person is simply picking up the receiver and hanging up. the first time I thought it was a mistake but three times is intentional.

If this is common practice for BJs then disregard my message but if your organization does not condone this behavior then I would suggest that the management of this store should be made aware that the person on duty on 11/1/2019 between 9:45 am and 10 am should spoken with and retrained on the basics of customer care.
