I have a broadband connection in Narsing exchange [protected]) which is not working including phone for the past TWO MONTHS and I have been complaining on BSNL No 1500 and the quality of response of your staff is very bad. I would like to cancel broad band connection. Is there anyone who can cancel it?.
I am also paying the rentals for which I am not provided by BSNL.
My landline telephone (040 [protected]) went dead more than 10 days back. Towards this. I had already registered a complaint with BSNL, Hyderabad (using their computerised/automated registration scheme), and had even called up the nearest exchange (Jeedimetla area) to request them to rectify the problem. But all my efforts have proved futile, as there hasn't been any sort of response from them. I am now considering closure of this connection. Is there any quick way out ?

2. I received a sms for downloading a song, but there was not any charges was mentioned. When i download the song, 15 Rs deducted. This is act of company is like pickpocketing.

I have requested for my BSNL landline from Madivala to Ramamurthy nagar on July 8th 2008. but no response yet though i have been tracking it for more than a month. Every time I call a person from BSNL exchange he will point out some other person and give other number. Likewise I have called some 100 numbers over this period. Being a working woman I need to take up late night calls bcoz of this bloody issue I will have to stay office late nights for my calls.I am fed up with these public sector ppl with their attitude and bad treatment over customers. They thing as if they are kings and queens of BSNL and nobody is there to question them. Please privatize all these non-performing public sectors and save India!!!
I have a BSNL connection number [protected], and had submitted a form for shifting of the same from Madiwala to Rammurthynagar in July 08 and till date whenever I inquire when the phone will be shifted they give some lame excuses and tell this week it will happen. I am sick of this. The service is very poor.
Everytime i connect to my Bsnl internet through my Bsnl land line, just after five minutes or so, the internet line gets disconected. Again I have to connect, and again this keeps on repeating.Pls help me an d solve this problem.
I got message from 51819 that Rs. 30 has been charged for dating service renewal which i never subscribed. I called BSNL customer care and every time i got different option to send to unsubscribe the service which i never subscribed. The executives given me following options and none of them is working for me.
UNSUB DATING -> 51819
UNSUBS DAT -> 51819 / 55000
UNSDAT -> 55000
UNSUBDATE -> 51819
UNSUBSCRIBE -> 51819
Also at last they told me if its still not working then go to exchange and make a complaint. As this service is not from BSNL. I am fade up of all this... i am user of BSNL from last 7 years. How can they reply me like this...

I have taken recently landline of BSNL and Internet connection.
BSNL employees are not working at all. The work invironment of BSNL is not good and they do not work at all. I think BSNL should be privatized to get benifit for INDIA and all customers.
BSNL employees takes money for the landline connection.
All TV channels should do sting operation against BSNL employees.
I am registering this complaint under frustration on the services available from BSNL telecommunications.
I have applied for a broadband connection at my nearest service provider(vaniyamkulam BSNL exchange) For a broad band connection for about six or more months. I haven't yet received a connection. Its a pity that the largest service provider cant look forward for a connection so seriously. My nearest exchange i.e Ottapalam exchange provides for the connection to everyone who applies for it within 1 month... Still our exchange has not replied for my application...
I guess customer service has different definition for BSNL. It shall be named customer harassment. Each guy tries to pass the buck by giving a number to call and it means customer issue is resolved to them. They oblige you by picking up the phone for you. I have called on following numbers so far 1500, [protected], [protected], 2845155, [protected], 2847511, [protected], 080-[protected] I have talked to different officials in BSNL. Every time I call if luckily someone picks up. I could guess the response now. People will give another number and drop off without giving any proper response. They even won’t listen to you properly. Single number shall be there and they shall resolve the issue by reaching out the proper person themselves. As a consumer why shall I be running about the people? Suggestion there, outsource your customer service.
Visiting Exchange (not fruitful either):
I had first time visited Indranagar exchange to apply for a connection. My application was reject and was told to get address proof from my employer. I got that in 2 days and visited Whitefield exchange on 21/06/2007. To my wonder they responded they don’t accept company letter as address proof now, No coordination. Reluctantly, they accepted my application after so much insistence.
After that I have visited Brookfield exchange twice getting time off from my private job. Last I visited on 16/07/2008. I was stopped to meet any official as some meeting (I guess some fight) was going on. I was asked to meet a lady. She finally told me it’s not done because of port issue. I had got the same response when I visited the exchange 2 weeks back. I have read on many blogs common excuse of BSNL port, cable or modem issue. What do you expect here customer go and buy a port himself. By the time I tried to turn back to senior official in exchange. They were not in good mood so refuse to meet (I guess Mr. Gondavar). I finally had to give up and come back. I have no interest in going to exchange again and have a humiliating experience there.
BSNL puts a lot of money in doing ad campaigns. Please understand nothing can give you customers more then word of mouth. Now, I understand fully why people don’t suggest BSNL even if BSNL has the best schemes for broadband.
Low Motivation level of BSNL employees:
I have painfully interacted with at least 10-15 officials. One can say immediately they have no motivation for the job.
Finally I got disconnected my phone lost all my hope 080-[protected] on 26/07/2008 and applied for Airtel on 26/07/2008. Person came at my home to get the form filled and to my surprise I got everything setup and running on 27/07/2008 (Sunday). This is called service. Thanks Airtel team, you have contributed a lot to development of India.
TATA's and everybody ot there pls don't do the same mistake as you did taking over VSNL BSNL IS A VIRUS AND IT SHALL BE QUARANTINED.

After reminding many times at your Alwar office the Probelem has not been short out. the Probelem is still pending.

I'd applied for transferring my BSNL phone+ Broadband from Jayanagar to Marathahalli area on 3rd Nov, 2007. However, after 2 months, nothing moved. In the meantime, I also lost the acknowledgment receipt. When I went to the local office, they said they can't track the request without the receipt & forced me to lodge a new request.
I lodged a fresh request on 9th Feb, 2008. Since the original request wasn't processed, I ended up paying tariffs for the 3 months as it was the pre-requisite for processing the new request further (crap!). After 4 months of numerous follow ups in various BSNL offices, a person came and installed the landline on first week of June. When I asked about the broadband connection, he said another person will come & install the same.
Again 1.5 months passed by and the broadband is still not installed. The phone has worked only for a few days in this period & is generally dead. I've been to BSNL office enough no. of times to have lost all faith in it's system. The phone calls never gets answered & the employees have a general 'don't care' attitude. The web-site's complaint form leads to a error page and the call center reps can answer only very limited queries & direct you to the local BSNL office for every other thing.
I'm frustrated beyond imagination & have lost all trust in this company & it's services. Please treat BSNL only as your last option as it may lead you to cry forever.
My telephone number [protected] is lying dead for about two weeks but bsnl, bihar circle is not taking any action to rectify the problem. Actually I am also a Broadband user and should be given top priority to correct the disconnection.Please just don't display the complaint but do something concrete to get the grievance redressal.
We have bsnl telephone at home from last 20 years and the phone is not working from lass 6 months. The telephone complaints there is no response.
BSNL Dataone is one piece of ### Broadband service period. For the first 3 weeks since I signed up, I got no service or extremely frequent disconnection. No Customer Service number for Pune. The "toll free" number was always busy. I finally called on the number they used to call me, in order to establish a connection when I had made an application. Every time they would ask me the nature of problem and take down my details and promise me some action. Things moved only after I threatened to terminate the connection and make a formal complaint. Even now, I have slow internet speeds, frequent disconnections or no connection at all. I got disconnected 3 times while writing this complaint.
I will not recommend this Broadband service to anyone.
