Best Buy review: Avanquest - softmaker office standard 2021

Hello, I'm writing to you to make a complaint about the way I was treated while trying to purchase the SoftMaker Office Standard 2021. After making the purchase, I found in my bank statement that I was charged four times for this product. The bank told me that there was nothing they could do about the situation and told me to contact the company to have the other 3 items that I did not want removed. This purchase was made on 5/3/2023. When I contacted the store, they told me that there was nothing they could do about the situation. In fact, one individual with a Middle Eastern accent seemed to laugh at the trouble I was in. This happened at about 4 pm. When I told him I was on the verge of calling the Florence Police about the matter, he replied that the police would laugh at me. When I asked for instructions of how to set it up, he told me that I would have to pay for that as well. Immediately, I contacted the WCPO Channel 9 news to ask if they still took care of situations like this. Before she sent me over, I told her to wait a minute and I would try to settle the things. This all took place at the Florence KY Best Buy location.

One individual tried to put a stop to the additional purchases and only charge me for one item. But failed to do so. I am on a fixed income because of my disability and cannot afford to make multiple purchases that I do not need. I plan to contact WCPO to let them do a report on this improper service that was given to me. In addition, I plan to get an attorney and sue the Best Buy company for their negligence. The individuals at Best Buy seemed to make a mockery of the trouble they had caused me.

On 5/5/2023 I found that two purchases had been made for a total of covering up to 10 items. I only have one lap top.
