Homebot Customer service

I received a call from a woman from this company last week. She set up and appointment iwith me for today, 1/16/24 @ 10am. I cleared my calendar for the call. Nobody contacted me. I waited until 11am, CST, still nobody.

I then took it upon myself to call. All of their different recordings send you to their website.

They want your money but won't talk to you. I suggest that you pass on this company since they cannot keep their promise of calling you back and will not answer questions over the phone.

Goes to show you what customer service is to them.

Get another company.

Claimed loss: Wasted my time.

Desired outcome: A telephone call.

Signed up on 6/24 and couldn't get hold of nobody at the company to help me understand the platform. I asked to cancel and get my money back, but they said no. I mean, if you're paying $200 for setup, they should at least talk to you, right? I just want my money back.

Homebot I gotta say, Homebot, Inc ain't all it's cracked up to be

I gotta say, Homebot, Inc ain't all it's cracked up to be. They say it's only $25 a month for agents and lenders, but that's a straight-up lie. They hit lenders with a $200 startup fee and a $200 monthly subscription. And honestly, it's not even that great without a lender partner. Save yourself the hassle and don't waste your time or money on this worthless app.

Homebot I switched brokers and got a new email, but Homebot ain't updating my info

I switched brokers and got a new email, but Homebot ain't updating my info. I asked them many times to fix it, but they keep saying it'll take 2-3 days and nothing happens. My old email is dead, so I need them to change it ASAP. Plus, I don't wanna get in trouble for promoting a brokerage I ain't with no more. This program won't let me change it myself.
