Coral software review: Software and support, pinnacle 26/multicam I am a long time customer

Back in August I paid $95.03 for the upgrade to Pinnacle studios 26 Ultima I received the upgrade and installed it on my PC. Along with any additional software ie: Newer Version of Multicam 2.0. After complete software download

I seen there was a upgrade to the Multicam software I was surprised that the Multicam software did not come with additional upgrade software after paying for the Pinnacle Ulima program ! But I went and paid for it anyway $19.99

But when I downloaded it to my shock it was the same Multicam I had from the old program in Pinnacle Studio 25. I have contacted support multiple times about this problem of not getting the right software for the newer version of Multicam. I was told each time that the support team would contact me in no less 24 hrs. and each time I never received not one word for the support team.

They even had me delete all my programs and start over with a new install. I paid for the Multicam two times and I still have not gotten the right software. I have been very happy with the Pinnacle studio programs till now ! If I don't get this fixed I am not sure I will be buying anymore updates. I haved love working with Pinnacle Studios.
