I sold my house in Canada on 9 January 2026. I live in the UK and have tried several times not only to tell you that I am no longer a customer but more importantly to get refunded the money you owe me. My account number is : [protected]. The address of the property I owned was 180 Chemin des Ecorces Lac Superieur Quebec.

As a matter of increasing urgency please arrange to close my account from 9 January and repay me my money to the account details you hold.
