I am paying for a non-published listing service from Bell Canada. I am getting unsolicited phone calls because they published my information in the directory canada411.ca and in search engine results.
My information has been breached by Bell Canada in other online directories canadapages.com, whitepagescanada.ca, etc.
I contacted Bell Canada for an apology, to correct their error, and for a full refund. So far, I have been getting the runaround from different Bell Canada representatives in different departments. The Bell Canada customer service representatives are rude and keep trying to sell me more services rather than helping me with this problem they created by publishing my information online.
Bell Canada undoubtedly has poor customer service and demonstrates unfair deceptive business practices.

Recommendation: I would advise any Bell Canada customer who is using the non-published listing service to check if their information has been published to online directories and search engine results.
