Called agent EQ58908, for help with installation of new modem. Was met with icy and rude person. Tried to ask for someone to come at the house since it’s installed very high to the ceiling and we are 73. Was met with a definite NO that is impossible or we will bill you. Then asked to speak to a manager, said that was impossible (probably working from home) then changed her mind and said I could wait in line for 40 to 70 minutes on line ! How rude. So I should switch to Vidéotron for better service. I was on the French help line at the time. I used to work for Bell I can tell you we never treated our customers the way she did. I would like a response about this

Desired outcome: I would like some input and an apology for this rude employee. Also do you not send people when they are unable to connect the equipment
