Bed Bath & Beyond Keurig purchase online

I am writing this because I am very displeased with how Bed bath and beyond has handled this situation for me. I got Married in October 2022, and I had several people purchase from bed bath and beyond for us through our registry and they even bought me several gift cards. With some of the gift cards I had acquired from my wedding I decided to purchase myself a Keurig through my Bed Bath and beyond app. When I applied the gift cards, I had a had a remaining balance of $22.54, Which I used to Pay with from My Debit card. When I checked my bank account the following day, I was charged the full amount of $173.19 instead of what I was supposed to only be charged for which was the remaining of the balance. I didn't think this was a big deal I will just call Bed bath and Beyond customer service and I will get the refund that I am owed. That did not happen after Five phone calls over the next Several days, I was told the refund would be in my account within the next 24-48 hrs. After I did not receive this refund after a week I called and spoke with a supervisor who assured me that my issue was being sent to corporate and I would receive an email within in 24-48 hours again. I have been told I will not get a refund which is totally not right. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with no resolution to this problem. I have provided proof that my gift cards were applied at the time of purchase multiple times. I have been asked to give my card numbers which I longer have due to them being used at the time of my purchase there was no need for me to keep them. Bed bath and beyond has sent me multiple coupons over the last several days which is more frustrating as I will not be returning if this is not resolved.

Bed Bath & Beyond My pillow, Mike Lyndell

When you rejected Mike Lyndell and My Pillow from your stores, I made a mental note that I would not frequent your stores. I think your failing sales is judgement from God on the unfair treatment of one of His beloved children. I’m a Christian and hate the way you treated Mr Lyndell. You’ll probably laugh when you read this but it’s true. Darkness has fallen on your stores and nothing will change unless you repent. No matter who you hire, you will ultimately fail until you to go the God and ask Him to forgive you and publicly apologize to Mike Lyndell.

Bed Bath & Beyond Shipment - Order #BBB3941291285

I feel incredibly mislead! I needed a dresser immediately when I ordered on 10/2. It said the delivery would be 10/6, now the order is STILL processing and says it wont be SHIPPED OUT until 10/7-10/14. I can't afford to wait that long! I am very upset! My clothes are on my floor of my small room. This is ridiculous.

Bed Bath & Beyond Outdoor seat cushions

I recently made an online purchase at bed Bath and beyond for outdoor seat cushions. They were not as advertised and I returned them to the local store in Cumming Georgia. I spoke with the manager and she was not very helpful and refused to refund my money. I have tried to reach out to corporate and have not had any luck in that arena. Bed Bath & Beyond Delivery

I purchased a hair product on Thursday, 8/31/2022, and received email notifications that my product will be delivered on Friday, 9/1/2022. At this writing, Saturday, 9/2/2022, my product has not been delivered and I have not received any messages from bed, Bath and Beyond as to the status of my product.

Bed Bath & Beyond Beyond plus membership paid in feb. 2022

I just sent this complaint a few minutes ago and there was a notice about only having 240 characters in the section "Desired Outcome (optional)". I paid to renew my Beyond Plus Membership in Feb. 2022 because I really liked the program. I just found out you unilaterally got rid of my paid program and substituted a markedly inferior Welcome Rewards program which I never signed up for nor agreed to join. I want my membership fee for Beyond Plus returned to me as I am definitely NOT INTERESTED in your new program which I feel is of no real benefit to me. I additionally DO NOT LIKE acquiring points B.S. which annoys me to no end. If I can't have Beyond Plus, then I don't want any special program you might offer unless you returned to Beyond Plus.

Bed Bath & Beyond vac robot shark ion

Hi I was shopping in the Jenkintown Pa store on 8/16/22 and saw a sign for the Shark Ion Robot vac on sale for $199.00. I gave the ticket for the item to the cashier and was told they were out of them. They told me that the Warrington Pa store had 3. So I headed up to Warrington and bought the shark but they said their store had no sale. I'm totally disappointed that one store can have a sale item which you cannot get at another store. I feel that I should have gotten the sale price. Thank you [protected]@gmail.com

Bed Bath & Beyond Credit return for their mess-up!

On July 14, I purchased an air fryer and when I went to check out, I put my credit card through the machine and the clerk told me they had been having problems with it and for me to hit cancel and redo the transaction! I did and finally the second time it finally went through! On July 16, my AMEX showed two charges for $146.19! The transaction actually went through both times! So, I called the store and told them what happened and they said they would put in a refund for the additional charge! Since it was their error, I thought it would be refunded in a timely manner! Boy, was I wrong! Today is July 30 and still no refund! I called and I was told it can take 7-10 days for the refund! That’s working days. not weekends! The girl I talked to was rather rude and indignant! Since it was BBB’s error, I didn’t think they should make me wait so long! Now my statement comes through and this credit (if I ever get it) will go through on the following month! I have cancelled my membership that renews next month and don’t plan on shopping at BBB any longer! So much for bring a long time, loyal customer!

Bed Bath & Beyond Hardware not received

I contacted via live chat (a transcript can be provided) BBB a week in a half ago (7/10/2022) and again on (07/18/2022) in reference to receiving tools for a Everhome Saybrook Egg Chair I ordered. The order number is BBB6635211131. The chair DID NOT have the assembly tools which are apart of the order to put the chair together.

The transcript from my previous request states it would take 3-5 days to receive the order. It's been almost 2 weeks. I asked for a rush on the order as this is my second request for hardware. The 2 chairs were delivered within 3 days of me ordering them. Photos of Egg chair 1 & 2 were provided. One is assembled the other did not have hardware to assemble.

Below is the response from the agent Janna. I have yet to receive an email or hardware. At this point I will be returning the chair as is and requesting a REFUND!

Agent:[7/18/22, 3:28:26 PM]I have submitted the replacement request successfully. You will receive a notification through email within 24-48 hours as confirmation for the replacement with new order number and tracking details. The replacement will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Bed Bath & Beyond Most inept people, website and management - run away!

I've never seen a more pathetically disorganized company. Nothing appears to work properly or is as intended. I placed my first order ever with them from their website and the two items I purchased on 7/18 were available and supposed to ship and arrived between 7/21 to 7/23. As it's 7/24 now, I've only received 1 item and the other still shows PROCESSING and still has the original delivery dates that have passed. I try to contact them and get the run around about how it's popular, it's not in the warehouse but may be at a store, but I can't get it until 8/7, which is 17 days later. If I had know this, I would never order. The problem came when trying to get answers. I even had a supervisor on the line, and no one could explain why or how this happens, and if I could expect it to happen again? They simply refuse to answer this. All I got was excuses and some apologies, but I want to know if I can expect this with all orders? I was chatting on the computer and wanted to call. The number they gave me answers and hangs up. It gives the BBB greeting but will hang up at some point within the first 20-30 minutes of the greeting. After 6 times of this, I finally got through on a very bad line, I was put on hold waiting for an agent for 3-4 minutes, then a message comes on to ask me to rate the service I just received and hangs up again. The Supervisor argues that the order was scheduled for 8/7 and I'm showing and pasting the original messages from the order and the actual website at the time still shows 7/21 to 7/23. After refuting and embarrassing several people there who can only apologize, I still never was able to get an answer as to why this happens and if it can happen again. These people make mediocrity look favorable, because they are completely inept in every department and with everything they do. I wouldn't trust them with anything and will not in the future. It's sad to see a company operated this poorly and no one seems to care.

Desired outcome: Fix your Problems! Care for customers! Put customers at least a close 2nd.

Bed Bath & Beyond Collingwood store in ontario

We purchased a coffee from bed bath and beyond. It stopped working after 60 days. Called the manufacturer they told us to return it to the store. I drove 25 km each way to the store and back with no resolution. The manger was beyond rude. Not willing to help us. We just followed the manufactures directions on returning the item. Only lasting 60 days give me a break.

So I still have a non working coffee maker. I’m not paying for another one.

Bed Bath & Beyond Orders being cancelled

Please explain to me why I have to beg your company to take my order.

12 Jul 22 Order placed BBB6637096165. Used a credit card. Order cancelled an hour later. Called customer service to open an inquiry.

13 Jul 22 Order placed BBD4002379596 for the same item. Used a credit Card. Placed order with a manager this time. She confirmed my credit card was accepted. Ordered cancelled an hour later. Called back and opened a second inquiry #220713-[protected]. Manager stated it would be expedited.

14 Jul 22 Order placed again BBB6637310978 for the same item. This time I used a Bath Bed & Beyond gift card so the company would receive immediate payment. Order cancelled an hour later. Called and spoke with another manager (Larry I think). Like before I was told an inquiry would be opened and that he would expedite and call me back himself.

All orders were placed early morning and now its been three days since first order and no calls from anybody. Is anybody listening to me?

Bed Bath & Beyond Rewards

I got logged out of my account and to log back into Bed Bath & Beyond, both on the app and web. I was forced to agree to a 7 day free trial for a reward program!

Reaching someone the following day to make sure I wouldn’t be charged a fee and to cancel was also frustrating.

I removed my stored credit card from account and will no longer give BBB my business. This was a lowdown, sneaky, backhanded way to trick me into a 39$ membership! I want NOTHING to do with a company that chooses to treat customers this way.

Bed Bath & Beyond Return online item

To whom it may concern:

My 70 yr old aunt (Maria Matthew) went to Bed Bath and Beyond looking for a Dehumidifier. My aunt spoke to the sale associate who advised her to order it online, in which she did. Sale Associate did all the transaction and order the Dehumidifier Order # MPL3914881243 on 6/10/2022.

Not knowing that my aunt ordered the Dehimmified I brought her one, and it was the same day the Bed Bath and Beyond Dehimmified was delivered received at my aunt’s house.

Now we would like to return the one she ordered online from Bed Bath and Beyond because the I brought her is a more suitable for her needs and her tiny apartment.

Desired outcome: I would like to know if you have any suggestion for a better resolution to this situation on returning this item back.

Bed Bath & Beyond Soap Holders

Can you please tell me if other people are having problems with rust in the Soap Holders? I have bought two and in time they have both rusted really bad on the bottoms. Is there anything I can do to fix them?

I do not have the receipts but I am sure my name and address is on file because I have bought many, many bottles of soap. I bought one holder and in time it rusted really bad and I thought it was just a defect so I bought another one and in time it has done the same thing. The bottoms are really rusting out. I am hoping you can help me to resolve my problem.

Bed Bath & Beyond Product not received

A month ago I placed an order through the website, it was supposed to arrive between 8-10 business days. It did not arrive so I contacted customer service via chat/messenger and they told me that product appeared to be lost so they offered me a replacement with expedited shipping. Well, second shipment did not arrive when they told me and when I ask they said carrier was retuning it to them as they attempted to deliver and I refused to accept it. So after 2 failed attempts to get my product I asked for a refund. I did not ask for a refund the first time as I wanted to give them an opportunity to provide me with the item I wanted as well as a good customer service. It did not happened. When I told them I was really disappointed due to the lack of good customer service they only blamed it on the carrier. I don't know whose fault it was and I am not here to find out. I bought from BBB and not the carrier so I expected BBB to help me resolve the issue instead of just blaming the carrier for not being able to deliver my package.

Bed Bath & Beyond Your Customer Service and C-Suite

I had a simple request. Copies of 2 receipts > 3 months old. Talked to and emailed 800-go-beyond 6-8 times and spoke to supervisors. Standard answer was "you'll have them in 24-48 hours. Nothing ever happened. Called the C-suite 5 times already (Mr. Tritton's assistant 3X and Gregg Melnick 2X and Lynda Markoe 1X. NO response. In my opinion Bed Bath & Beyond has the wort customer service and the most uncaring C-suite of any company I have ever dealt with in my life.

Desired outcome: My receipts emailed to [protected]@gmail.com Receipt dates are 11/20/2021 for $286.55 and 01/07/2022 for $117.26 Last 4 of the Visa used are 6375. Both purchases were on the same card and both were at the Manalapan, NJ Store
