i was in your wichita kansas store and i regret telling my wife there was a bed bath beyond! your checkout procedure is ridiculous! there was only one register and the checkout lady was slow as hell... she does not and should not be allowed to check people out! i repeatedly tried to get my wife out of line and leave, but you suckered her in there with your buy 3 get three free!

i will never ever ever make an effort to shop or come into your store!

Now , the lady would not let a customer go with out giving there name and email, for your coupons! you guys dont give out [censored] for coupons and if you do its the rare item no one wants to buy! Keep them coupons to yourselves and post a big finger welcoming in the customers as they loose 45 min in line so you can push and ask for our personal email... i refused and the lady came unglued, i am sure threatened with her job if she failed to get this info from customers! i dont bash and want to mean or irritatble about the situation, but this isnt kool! nor is it good for your customers! one customer ahead of us apologized for having too many items, she said she stops once a montth for the candles.. the lady at checkout heard the conversation and said she was going as fast as she can... but yet reviewing everything customers bought,

if there is no line ok, chit chat it up, if the line is long be pleasant and get us out of there! these policies and workers need to be taken care of, i am sure this is not the only agitated and aggravated email you have recieved!

The computer would not complete the last set but I received an email saying that it was completed and I would received an email when it was shipped. I have never received a notice that it was ever done. I was charged on my visa for $34.91. I ordered a toaster, mixer. a set of cast iron cookware and another item that I don't recall what it was. On 4th of June 2023 I ordered online and prepaid for two pieces of self-cleaning cat litter boxes for 55 Euro. However, what I got in the mail about 20 days later was a pair of sunglasses! I did not accept them, since it wasn't the product I have ordered.

I demand a full refund or the original product I ordered to be sent by mail as soon as possible.

Every email address provided bounces back. What is going on? I need answers regarding my order or am I just another "customer" conned out of their hard-earned money?!? I purchased a Roomba IRobot - S9+ Latest Model on June 3, 2023 (Retail Price $999). Opened the box shortly thereafter - to find an older, used, defective model that is no longer manufactured, missing parts, no instructions, Cannot be used. Immediately informed BBB. They said sorry no refund/exchanges. This is Fraud, very deceiving and disappointing that BBB would sell a loyal customer a completely different, broken outdated product in a box reflecting the latest product with a receipt indicating a purchase for the S9 model.

I ordered a shelve on 4/23/23 and they canceled the order 5/12/23. They did not refund me the $308.33. Their bankrupt policy to to refund money if purchased before 4/26/23. I got an email I would be refunded 5/12/23 but they put the refund into rewards. They terminated all rewards after 5/7/23. So they kept my money! Order # MPL3981718923

My husband gave me a $60 gift card for this store. I attempted to use the gift card yesterday and I received an error message indicating that the gift card can not be found. Next, I call at two different times and both times consented to receive call back. It is the next morning and I have yet to receive a call from Bed Bath and Beyond. This is a terrible way to handle business. I will continue to call until I am able to redeem my gift card.

I placed and online order with Bed Bath and Beyond on April 25, 2023 for many items, for close to $200 . using gift cards for payment. The following morning, April 26, my entire order was cancelled without any explanation. The gift card balance was never returned to my gift cards. I have repeatedly written to them and have been on hold on the phone for hours, no solution.

On April 23,2023 I purchased two Ivizia 0.33ml eye drops and had two $3 manufacturers coupons. The coupons would not scan which is not unusual for this store and in the past the cashier would manually put the barcode number in.

Bed Bath & Beyond advertised that they would be accepting coupons on April 23,24 and 25 and then no longer. They either refused or said they would not or were not able to manually enter the barcode and that they were going out of business. I knew that and was there that day for that reason.

Why is your darn stock going down so much I put $1000 00 at $ 20 00 a share by the end of the day or the next morning $1 50 a share Now 34 cents a share I wish I could get my money back I thought it would a good place to invest just like my other friends did the same day you are such a rip off. You screw hard working people over big time. You new what was going on when you dropped all that money like a rock. I want something done about this. Let me know about this complaint.
