Baer's Furniture - Never Received Order

Good morning Mr. David Bears,

I spoke to you last week regarding an order that has disappeared from your system. My name is Martie Charlier Customer account number 3CHM0823. This account number indicates that I paid $383.04 Product Protect for Barclay Butera Carmel Post Ranch King Panel, 70 inch Bluff Double Dresser, and 2 MC Nightstands. I was approved for the Bears Credit Card on 2/28/2021. The credit limit was 7K. I have called several times and was advised the order is delayed due to COVID. When I called last week, I was advised that I don't have an order. Everything for my account was wiped from your computer system. I am a COVID Long-Hauler who can't deal with any type of frustration. I have been very patient but I want my order.

I called you back several times but keep getting your voicemail. Please call me as soon as possible at [protected]. I don't want to get into litigation or involve the media in this issue. Hopefully, you can resolve this issue for me.

How can you not find my order or paperwork when you approved me for the card with a 7K limit and payment for protection for the furniture! This is ridiculous!

Baer's Furniture - Beauty Rest King Size Mattress

I purchased a kingsize bedrooms set complete with mattress June, 2021. It was delivered Sept 1, 2021. Nov 1, 2021 I notice a tear in the underside of the mattress. Called the [protected]. Inspector (first name Warren) came to my home o e resulted in no action. I did receive an email in Dec saying it would be taken care of in 7-10 days NOTHING! Please either replace this mattress or credit my account (NOT a store credit please) I finance through Synchrony Bank through Baer. PLEASE HELP ME!

Baer's Furniture - Failure to deliver purchased furniture

Good Afternoon,
My name is Scott Gover. I ordered a Power Motion Console Loveseat item number [protected] from Baers Furniture Online, on 22 April 2021, transition number [protected]. I was initially lead to believe the product was available. I was later informed that the loveseat would be delivered in June 2021. After receiving no correspondence from Baers in June, I contacted their Customer Service Department to determine when the furniture would be delivered. I was then informed it would not be available until August 2021. Today, I once again contacted Baers and was given a new estimated delivery date of late September 2021. The company does little to keep customers informed of delays. Based on the discussion with the Customer Service Representative, this latest delivery date, appeared optimistic at best. I cancelled my order. The company offers no compensation for repeated delays or for holding customer funds for months, without delivering purchased merchandise. I am sure that I am not an isolated case. These types of business practices should be illegal. The only thing Baers is accomplishing, is developing a growing list of dissatisfied customers, that will share their experiences and conduct business elsewhere.

Baer's Furniture - A bedroom set

After 3 deliveries my Lexington bed is damage every time a different one is sent it comes with a different kind of damage. I paid over $6000.00 for the set. Customer service is horrible they leave you on hold for a long time and when they finally answer they have attitudes like your asking for favors. I'm very disappointed with Baers . Don't buy from them. I've gone to cheaper furniture stores and never have such problems.

Baer's Furniture - the so called leather couches is not leather

i have buy leather couches from Beares GEORGE .The couches I was looking for was a leather product but after buying this couches 2017 I put my 1st complain and lastv year year 2019 again .Ever since it was just the day I report it they take some action but till today nothing happen.I feel so unhappy because I have insurance for this couches but no actions is been taken by the management of beares.I think if I don't get any attention on this on aswell I will make a plan to find help cause this stuff is very expensive.Please assist.

Baer's Furniture - defective furniture

My wife and I purchased a bedroom set form Baers furniture located on 910 us highway in N.P.B on 11/29/18 and took delivery on 12/04/19 and after 3.5 moths later the mattress is sinking, so I called costumer service an 1 week later they called me and told me that they would be sending some one out to see the mattress, when the inspector came in he immediately noticed that the mattress was sinking, he did some testing and he told me that someone from Baers furniture would be getting back to me, no one did 3 weeks later I called and I spoke with the gentleman and he said your claim is denied... I asked why? he simply told that it was sinking but not enough, I asked him can you explain ? he said well it needs to be one inch and a half for it to be considered a claim, I said so its defective... but not enough defective? he said yes! he said call back in 90 days and we will recheck the mattress which means I have to be half a year with a defective product? that's not right . I don't understand this, why such a big company like Baers Furniture does this to hard working people, all I want is for a good matress that I paid for...

Baer's Furniture - natuzzi sectional

I am writing because I am highly upset already with service delivery was less than 2 weeks ago. And I contacted baers which transferred me to customer service with my brand new over $6000 sectional advised how 1 part of the sectional has a huge noticeable gap and where that gap was you can see a small leather part removed I was told I have to wait a week before someone can come out to repair not replace but repair
There is no way someone can repair this.

I will be contacting next the credit card if this issue is not resolved promptly!
