My contract calls for a Recliner chair to be delivered on or before the 31 Dec 2022. Mr. Ristow, at time of sale 10 December, smoothly said it could be in even earlier as there over 60 in the pipeline. I Checked back 12/24 and again today 12/31 only to learn fill date pushed to maybe on 8 Jan. The salesperson should be calling us on status if late versus me asking. Secondly, when I was not happy, he told to go ahead and come in a cancel it. Not a good salesperson. Too slick and uncaring about filling this order.
Desired outcome: Deliver or before 8 January. Have the salesperson call us in advance if that date will not be met. Do not leave it on me to follow up. Order number [protected]
