[Resolved] Badoo Trading — badoo premium
My name is Nitin Kharate I had added the my debit card details for baddo premium and after 14 days ₹ 2160 amount is debited from my account without my permissions. I do not want to this membership. Please deactivate my premium membership and refund my amount to my account. I am deleting my account now. You can check I am not using this account from last 1 month. How could you take money from bank without my prior permissions. Resolved my issue ASAP otherwise I will raise complaint in consumer court for this fraud. Let me know what if you want any details from my side. I had also not select autofill option from Baddo
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
