I am writing this email to express how disappointed and let down I feel after paying £45 for the membership. I subscribed in the hope that I will have a better chance of finding someone that I can be serious with, only to be left feeling like I have been scammed by Bumble. Almost a month after subscribing, I have not met up with a single person which I find ridiculous. I feel like this feature was created to sell people a dream, take their money and not produce any results. Therefore, I want the £45 to be refunded back into my account as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any account details.

I’ve been using Bbs Spray de Mode for years, the 10 oz at home and the 2.7 oz for travel. I’ve always had a bit of a hassle with the cap- it stuck, or it clogged, but I always managed to make it work. This time I haven’t even gotten through 1/4 of my 10 oz can and the cap is stuck and I can’t spray from it at all. I hate to give up using Bbs because it’s great hair spray. I have pictures of the can and cap.

The company claims they take things serious they do not very unprofessional liars and scammers they claim also u cant get your money back well they are wrong and I got every cent back do not use this app the profiles are fake and scammers your better off meeting in person

I deleted my account so I no longer existed but they took £46.99 from my account for a 3 month subscription, they said deleting my account does not automatically cancel my subscription, this is basically how they rip people off, it’s common sense if someone deletes their account that they wouldn’t want their subscription renewed, I have complained twice get an automatic response and they won’t send me their complaints procedure.

hello to all do not use this dating app its a scam they claim to to be real 99% of the profiles are either fake or have not responded in years or months the they say no refunds period they charged me over 300 dollars when i was not signed up any more there app does not work correctly either I have reported profiles they do not care if they did the would have figured out most profiles are fake I got all my money back Thank goodness. how ever do not use this app its a scam the pics are fake also

If a date does not go well, they can report you as a fake profile and Bumble will block you and there's nothing you can do about it because they do not require any proof. If you've been blocked you cannot even find out why. There is no way of contacting them to find out.

This is very unfair and a big waste of time.
Until they can make some changes, my advice is stay clear from them! I am passing on the news to as many people as I can in social media. Also if someone deletes your contact all the messages are deleted, not just on their side. There are just so many things on this site! They even deleted Sharon stone because others thought that her profile was fake. They did not even ask her to prove that her profile was authentic! They do not want to spend any money on Customerservice!

I am looking for man and it started showing me female. I paid $24.99. I changed the gender my gender to female again.. My account stopped working and for last 10 days it keeps asking to load my picture. Even when I load the picture it shows me the same message "load/ drag your picture. I sent them 20-30 emails to fix the issue. Yesterday, they responded to clear my cache and delete the app. Download it again. I followed their instructions. I am still getting the same error - drag your picture/ load your picture. Can't even delete my account. It is pretty frustating. I want them to refund my money called the company to refund my boost card company even they see error.

I have sent several emails with no luck on asking for a refund for the boost tht I didnt know was being used. I sm out a $100.00 for something I didnt ask for or want please refud my $

Paid for Bumble, I can't contact her unless I swear allegiance to BLM. I do not support this radical violent group. I believe all lives matter. I shouldn't have to swear allegiance to group that has committed violence, and their largest use of money goes to the political campaign of Joe Biden. This violates my freedom of speech and using my money for a political candidate.

Bumble says you have so many people waiting to match with you ie 57
So I pay the fee to see who these people are
And there isn't 57 people there are 5 and there the same ones on there the last time I paid
None of the matches are local so I know this I a con and I want my money back I'm so annoyed
It keeps sending me notifications saying I've matches but it's lying as all the matches are from hundiod miles away and pls matches so it very misleading I'm not happy

I recently subscribed to bumbles feature where you can view people that liked you.
I paid £79.99 for the life time subscription, but when I deleted the app then returned back on to find my life time subscription has been cancelled and I must pay again if I want to use it.

Please can you fix it for me so I can be a life time subscriber to the feature again because I had no idea that if you deleted the app you lost your money and had to pay again!

I was told Bumble is a scam. When I first logged on it seemed ok and I paid Mooney for few months subscription. After that everything changed. I saw nothing different in the usage and complained but got really [censored]ty responses from Bumble team. I now don't get matches and when I do they suddenly disappear and also same when in conversation. How can 5 people unmatch me all in one go. That's what customer services said that they unmatched me and don't worry there are plenty more bumblebees...yes plenty more fake/robots to match and then unmatch or disappear. I feel I have been cheated and they've taken my money and I getting nothing out of it.
Customer services is a joke. Reading online I can see a lot of people have had the same experiences and the good reviews I am guessing must be fake too. I've never heard any good news about Bumble.

I registered for the bumble premium in January. Advertised was 3 months for around £11.99 so I bought it.
Today I have seen that over £65 has been taken from my bank account.
I have queried this with bumble contact and been told the price was per month
There was nowhere that said the price was per month when I signed up and even so 3 x £11.99 does not come to over £65.
I would like a refund please. Or at the least to pay £11.99 for the one month I have used and to cancel the rest.
This is and astronomical amount of money to charge for this service and one I would never have signed up to if you had advertised it as a monthly charge.

Bumble is like a desert - there's no one there, everybody's silent, nobody speaks to each other. Their customer service is absolutely useless when it comes to issues, so never try to contact them if you don't want to waste your time. I emailed them describing my problem and instead of resolving it they deleted my account justifying by the number of complaints I've written to them. lol. Perfect reason.
