PNM - Power outages
There have been 5 power outages in the Cliff/Gila/Buckhorn area in the last 3 1/2 weeks. I realize this is due to the Public Safety Power Shutoff plan. How is the shutoff determined? - Man or machine? What are the parameters? We have many elderly, some on oxygen, businesses, schools and just daily life that have these inconvenient interruptions. May we have a community meeting to have you explain the details?

My experience with Elwood mirrors most of the complaints above. Over the course of 9 months I lost 3 credible clients because I believed what Elwood said. How one does anything is how they do everything. He never delivered anything no matter how small and his claims of success are cloaked in a facade of his "being blessed.". Elwood proved to have no integrity.

Lexis nexis put a false report on my driving record and progressive has been charging me double for 5 years. I didn't know untill the last time I paid for 6 months up front and progressive told me that if I won the dispute with lexis nexis that they would refund the overpayment. I signed up for a year with welcome wagon. I was not informed at the time of signing up that the contract would be auto renewed. I paid upfront for the year with a credit card. I have informed Welcome Wagon that I would like to discontinue using their service, yet they keep charging me. I dispute the charges on my credit card and then get an angry email from them. This is not a company I would recommend!
