This is to inform you that a company currently going by the name of Clark Advanced Technologies (clarkatc.com) and Renstor.com (renstor.com) may be running scams on a big (large money) scale. For example it looks like they are trying to, or already have, scammed the country of Georgia out of large sums of money. The president, Adrian Darcie Clark, is a known fraud and con artist and had been involuntarily terminated from numerous companies in the United States. He has falsified his educational and industry credentials to secure short term employment. During his employment, he has the habit of running up the company credit card and upon involuntary termination, has taken property and not returned signon bonuses.

Examples include but is not limited to:

Dominion Semiconductor (now Micron): falsified info on resume; downloaded porn on company server; failed to return a rental car; failed to return signon bonus. Terminated involuntarily and escorted out the door.

Leybold Heraeus: failed to return signon bonus. Terminated involuntarily.

Plasmatherm: ran up company credit card; falsified credentials. Terminated involuntarily and escorted out.

Oxford Instruments:ran up company card; failed to return laptop. Ran up company credit card. Terminated involuntarily and escorted out.

College degree - no record of graduating with any degree; search online University of Arizona yearbooks which are public.

He also has a sales pitch on youtube - search "clark batteries" where he mentions credentials which cannot be verified.

He seems to be concentrating on underdeveloped countries now, since his reputation in the US is already ruined. Please help expose this individual before he negatively impacts other peoples' lives.

Most companies give the person the option to "resign". Less legal hassle this way. If a person quits, the company does not have to give a reason. The employee usually agrees to this because the employer can then only verify prior employment and is under no obligation to give a reason for termination.

Hi. Before hiring a person, a company usually contacts the previous work place for recommendations. How possible that this individual would have not been exposed for so long time?
