BC Ferries / British Columbia Ferry Services review: Human rights complaints

I took 8 pm ferry in a class c motorhome. I was yelled at by car parking attendant told to leave the vehicle. I told him no, i have a dog in car that cant be left alone and i have heart condition and can’t walk. He told me fine thats ok. Explained to me how to get out if theres a fire. Then said he would have to report me. He then walked away. I few seconds later he came back a took photo of me in vehicle snd left. Whole event took no more that a minute. I began to realize i might be fined so i tried to
Leave and go upstairs. All exits were confusing and directions poor. I eventually found the dog kennel where I sat out the whole trip 1.5 hours. Even though my dog is a service dog and i stated this, i was sent to kennel. I was too tired to seek help do to my heart condition. Climbing stairs was too much for me. Arguing with another employee over my dogs ESA status seemed a losing thing and not worth the risk of trying to climb and locate someone to approve my dog. So my complaint is for poor communication and ships signage, policy that
