Fortis College review: Admissions

I had my admissions appointment today at Fortis college in Houston South, and Fortis is definitely scammy! My admissions lady told me the program was $34,000 which is extremely expensive compared to other programs. The building was very ran down and dirty. I asked her what the pass/graduation rate was, and she told me it’s 50% and it’s probably lower than that considering she told me 7/12 students dropped the program. I asked her if the students dropped the program because of the schedule and she said no its because “they didn’t have the right mindset for the program” keep in mind they only accept 15 students for the surgical technology program so they cant even fill all 15 spots because people know they are a scam, and I’ve seen several negative reviews online. At the end of the tour she didn’t ask me how I felt or if I wanted to pursue the program at this school (I have other options) she was immediately trying to pressure me to talk to financial aid and take my assessment so I can enroll. Would not recommend anyone to go to this school!
