Spent over 2 hours on hold just for the worker to pick up and hang up this is not the first time this happened ? this is beyond unprofessional when u try to talk to them they talk to you as if you are the misunderstanding when you ask for a supervisor they hang up in your face as if you didn't spend two or more hours out your day waiting for them to answer the phone I truly hate this new system that is going on I liked it better when I could talk to my case worker face to face y'all hired a lot of ppl who don't care to help ppl that is why your company has a bad reputation
