Jan Pro review: Franchisee process

I contacted Jan Pro for information on how to become a franchisee. After completing questionnaire and all applicable requirements I was never replied to. After a couple of weeks i decided to call the local office. I was told to read the disclosure statement that comes with all emails. It basically says jan pro does not guarantee partnership. I am aware of this, however I expected to hear something one way or the other. The way My application was handled was completely rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them if this is common practice. I live in Memphis, Tn. My Name is Henry Malone.
