I met Roger Wajed Salam around 2010 while networking amongst other successful investors. He fit right in giving the appearance of a professional, savy, and trustworthy person.
I worked with Roger here and there on a few small projects and began to develop a professional relationship, as well as a friendship. I felt as though I could trust him, and that working with him on larger projects would be easy and worthwhile.
I soon found out that all the things that I had come to think of Roger were untrue after investing a large amount of money into a business deal he promised to complete.
Roger asked me to invest $125, 000 into the purchase of 13 properties. Once purchased, Roger would then do the legwork to sell these properties individually to investors that he knew who weren't able to purchase the entire group.
I decided to fund the deal with the understanding that we would easily double my investment. I agreed to split the profit with Roger, and he agreed to do the work to sell the properties.
A few months went by, and the properties were not selling. Roger's connections had fallen through and instead of sticking with me to fic the issue and at least make back the money invested into the project, Roger disappeared.
This investment began 4 years ago and at this point in time I have only recovered $45, 000 of the $125, 000 I invested. On top of the money, I have lost hundreds of hours of sleep and time attempting to sell the properties and have received no help from Roger.
I have been told of many other people who have been fooled by Roger, and after my experience as well as seeing his personal failures many other times I believe them to be true.

I urge you to do your research, and not go into business with Roger Wajed Salam.
