Sir,
I had a call from your head office on 29 November 2025.One of your employee her name is Miss Khushi, contact number-[protected] said that the head office offered a Secured OD for selective customers in which they provide less interest rate such as 9.25% .She told me about BT in which I can settle my previous OD in less interest rate.She send me the documents list which is mandatory through her WhatsApp number.After that on 5 December 2025 she told me that one of her senior Mr.Aashish Shrivastava, contact number- has78388 56735 had called me for further formalities and verification etc.Mr. Aashish called me and he said that the process will be completed in 15-30 days but till date nothing will be handed over to me. Neither my account nore any information about the secured OD.Many times Mr. Aashish and Mr.Gaurav contact number- +[protected] they both said that the account will be handed over you in 2-3 days.
Now sir I am very disappointed with these type of explanations by your employees.Please help me to solve my problem and handover my account soon.
