Dear sir
I have above property in my name and I closed the loan of AXIS BANK ON 03Jan 2026 through cheque no 017012 of Rs 408485 sector 65 branch of AXIS BANK and my case was dealt by Ms Archana.
Despite paying full and final closure value of Rs 408485, she asked me another Rs 16000 a week later for some mistake from bank which also I paid.
As I was returning to Portugal after that, I asked how to get my property original papers and she gave me the form which was to be typed on stamp paper and to be signed along with KYC papres under my wife name in India and she told my original papers could be collected.

Today my wife went to collect original papers and she was denied to take original property papers as Mr Vijay kumar told a different form is needed. I spent Rs 10,000 already on courier charges and because of bank mistake I have to spend another Rs 10,000. I am escalating this matter to you. I want to get my property original papers handed over to my wife or else send the originals to my Portugal address.

See how much hassles I am going through, my wife travelled all the way to Gurgaon to collect these papares as she was with my daughter in Bangalore.

Kindly look into this matter please .
