A&W Restaurants review: wait time

I arrived at the 20th Avenue A&W on Friday December 27th 2019 and ordered sweet potato fries. I waited for 25 minutes without receiving my fries. This kind of service is not acceptable and I will no longer purchase from this business. There was no apology whatsoever. I did call the restaurant after leaving to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told she wasn't in. I did request a call back. I still hadn't received a call back by Monday, so I called the 20th Avenue A&W to speak with someone in charge. The "supervisor" that came on the wasn't very helpful, and very matter of fact. I'm very disappointed with the service and the way I was treated and I hope something is done ASAP.
