Grate customer service and the install was quick and efficient! Definately recommend!

We signed up for Solar with this company and instead of saving money, which is the real purpose of Solar, but until now, almost a year into the contract, all we had are headaches. We are paying the electric company plus the system that is not functioning as it should. It's a nightmare.

Inty Power took 8 months to put in a solar system. It was only after the *** stepped in that they bothered to complete the job. Three times they failed the city inspection. I had to have someone else do the corrections in order to pass the city inspection. The people Inty sent out to do the work had no idea what they were doing.

The system ain't been workin' right since it got installed in June 2022. SRP was nice enough to come by and tell us it wasn't workin' the first time. But ever since then, we keep havin' the same dang issues and them technicians can't seem to find nothin' wrong. We keep tryin' to get in touch with 'em but they don't even bother callin' us back. Needless to say, we're mighty disappointed 'cause we thought havin' solar would save us some money, but this system ain't doin' nothin' but causin' trouble.

This company is terrible. They don't communicate, they don't follow through, and they leave their work unfinished. We're stuck paying for two solar bills (which was supposed to be an expansion to our existing solar system) and a high electric bill all because of Inty Power. Nobody bothers to return my calls. ***, who is supposed to be one of the people in charge, promised better communication, but it's all lies. He doesn't return calls, texts, or emails to keep us informed. We're stuck in a state of uncertainty because this company has abandoned us. Don't get fooled like we did!

I give 4 stars to the installers. They did a good job when they're here, friendly. But it's not up and running yet, so that's still uncertain. I give zero stars to Inty Power's management. They don't keep their promises. They leave you hanging and can't schedule things properly. They expect you to change your plans on the off chance that someone might show up when they're supposed to, and they act like it's your fault. The actual *** Company shouldn't have hired them for the installation. I'll be reviewing that company too. Today is supposed to be the final day for fixing the issue (which still needs to pass inspection), but they've left me hanging and wasted my morning. Now let's see if they actually show up this afternoon between 2 and 3 to finish the job.

I wouldn't recommend using this company at all. It's been a real headache dealing with them throughout the solar process, and there are plenty of other trustworthy companies out there. We had our system designed and had a conversation with the sales person who wrote down everything we wanted before we signed. On the day of the installation, I arrived home to find the electric equipment set up, but the panels were on the wrong side of the house. Additionally, the electric run was placed over the tile instead of under the overhang as we had requested. The installation manager, let's call him Bob, didn't take any responsibility for the mistakes. First, he blamed us, and then he blamed the designer. I told him that he needed to own up to his mistake and fix it. To make matters worse, they left a bunch of garbage, like nuts, bolts, and hardware, scattered all over the ground for my dogs to potentially eat. They eventually came back a week later to fix the panels and electric run, but they left holes in my roof where the panels were previously placed. This company clearly doesn't prioritize customer service; it's all about quantity over quality. Seriously, stay away from this company.

Don't use this company! I signed up like 5 months ago and after 20+ visits from the install team and city inspector, the solar still ain't working. I work from home and every visit from the techs shuts off my power for like 1-5 hours. Then they have the nerve to say it ain't their fault if my office and other parts of the house lose power 'cause they ain't workin' on that box. Upper management and everyone else in the company don't take responsibility for nothin'. I don't know how Inty Solar is still in business treatin' all their customers like this. I read lots of other 1-star reviews from mad customers and it seems like they all get treated the same. And get this, their management team offers money to people who write bad reviews, what a joke! Seriously, don't do business with this company, you'll regret it big time.

BEWARE... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is no accountability from the top down, and the false promises are endless. To give credit where credit is due, the solar panel install team did a great job and had the panels installed within a day's time... Ever since then, it has been a beyond awful experience. There have been over 20+ visits to my house over the last 3 months, and the equipment still isn't operational. My house was left with partial power for a 12+ hour period. Their response was, "We can get someone out tomorrow and offer you a $50 gift card for your inconvenience." Half of their visits have either been unannounced or rescheduled. Being in the service industry for the past 10+ years, I have never dealt with a company/contractor as incompetent as Inty Power. I have tried reaching out to upper management on several occasions to voice my concerns, and in return, I am contacted by one of their customer service representatives. Reading the reviews below and the single response from Inty Power is exactly what I would expect... no accountability or responsibility. Save yourself the headache and countless hours of wasted time, and find a different contractor, as I'm sure there are plenty that would value your business.

I recently hired Inty Power LLC to install solar panels on my roof. They did a great job and I'm really happy with the results. The team was very professional and they completed the installation in a timely manner. The panels are working perfectly and I can already see a decrease in my electricity bill. I would highly recommend Inty Power LLC to anyone looking to go solar. They provide top-notch service at a reasonable price. I'm glad I chose them for this project.

This company is a total scam. They took my money and lied about it. They had the audacity to accuse me of time card theft, which is ridiculous. I strongly advise against working with them. The owner is a sneaky individual who pretends to value you, but will betray you in an instant. They lie about everything, even when I reported them to the government.

We bought our house on August 22nd and it already had solar panels. About two weeks ago, we got an email from STP saying that our panels weren't generating any power. We've tried reaching out to Inty several times, but they haven't returned our calls and they're not supporting warranty work. Titan, the company that assisted with the installation when they were going out of business, is also pointing fingers at each other and no one wants to assist us. We have a loan that we pay every month, and we still have many years left to pay it off. Both companies mentioned that it's covered under warranty, but no one is offering any help.

APS told me that our solar stopped working on March 30, which explains the high bills we've been receiving. I've been trying to reach out to the salesmen, but they haven't been answering my calls. When I text them, the people who respond claim they have no connection to this company or their message boxes are full. I even left a message with the company itself, but haven't heard back. I found their number on ComplaintsBoard.com. Our solar system is still relatively new, and we're currently making payments to a finance company. Unfortunately, they're not responding either, and their number seems to be out of service. Should we continue paying them? We're considering involving our lawyer. Appreciate your help.

This company keeps calling my cellphone, even though it's on the federal do not call list. I've told them multiple times that I'm not interested and to stop calling, but they ignore me. I tried reaching out to them about this issue, but they ignored my email and hung up on me when I called. Now, I need to talk to their attorney or legal representation to sort this out. If that doesn't happen, I'll take legal action as allowed by 47 U.S.C.227(b)(3) and state law. I'll also contact the appropriate authorities to make these calls stop. It seems like they're using a third-party advertiser for their marketing.

On June 28, 2022, I hired Inty Power LLC to install solar panels on my home. It's now November 16, and the panels still aren't producing electricity. I've contacted Inty multiple times to get the system working, but it's been a struggle. I've already paid them for the job, so this situation is making me consider seeking legal advice for breach of contract. They never show up when they say they will, and when they do come, they only spend a few hours before leaving. They never bother to update me on the progress.

Then, on August 9, 2022, at 11:11, I received a call from their crew claiming they were at my home, but no one was there to give them access to the power box. (Power boxes are no longer located in the backyards of newer homes for the power company's convenience.) I checked my security camera footage and saw a truck slowing down in front of my house, then driving off about three minutes later. Shortly after, I received the call. If they had stopped and knocked, they would have found my 22-year-old daughter at home, who was well aware of the situation and would have given them permission to enter the property.

I found out from an APS employee over the phone that the approval process was delayed because Inty didn't file the necessary paperwork correctly. Several times, I would receive texts saying they were here, but no one was home, without any prior notification. This whole process has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. I called back in June to start this project, hoping to save money with the high temperatures here in AZ. It seems like trying to go green and save money was a big mistake. The person in the picture clearly didn't come to do any work, especially wearing crocs.
